The only reason there is one star is because I couldn't do zero Stars. We are a military family and used this trash ass company for our cross country move. Not only did this company and their workers make our move 10x harder than necessary, they also over charged us by several thousand dollars due to multiple employees who barley speak English miscommunicating about our account. You couldn't pay me to use PODS again for anything.

All calls and arrangements that I made were all done as expected even though we made several changes throughout the process.

We had a super experience with PODS.. from pod drop in California, loading, transport to Texas, storeage, drop off and finally pick up ; we had communication and service. I’d use POD again and would recommend!

I cannot express how disappointed I am with Pod, I called to have it delivered to my home at my destination. My credit card was charged immediately. It was scheduled for three weeks out, but it snowed that week so it got pushed out. The driver got stuck a block from our house. We could see the truck from our front door, my husband went over to unstuck him, and he proceeded to leave to drive back to St. Louis of which then our delivery was pushed out another week and even on that day, we weren’t a priority and it got pushed out one more day. The only thing I can say about my experience with Pod, is the driver that actually delivered to my home and his name was Dennis, he was awesome! But after you guys got paid you didn’t care about me anymore or my belongings and getting them to me and that became very apparent. I will not be recommending Pod to anyone.

My experience with them was wonderful. They are reliable. The drivers are wonderful people understanding people I will use them 10 times over and over and over good company good people they hired.

I attempted to schedule my pickup twice and both times, after being told it was scheduled, the person I spoke to failed to schedule it. I ended up having to pay rent for an extra week while waiting for my pod to be picked up.

They lied about picking my pods up so they can charge me another month stating they could not pick up my pod on the 11th of January which then I would not be charged for the month. They also proceeded to say they could not pick up my second pod until the 25th of January when that would have been the actual payment date for that pod. But I made them pick it up prior. Unbelievable the scam they tried to pull on me.
