I think their phone service reps did a very good job of explaining details and we’re very thorough. Their drivers called in advance to let you know they were coming to pick up or drop off a pod. They did what they said they would do.

Fast and efficient!

Absolutely the easiest way to get items out of your home so you can remodel your house. No wasted time and effort to load and unload a truck or car at a storage facility. They bring you the POD directly to where you want it and place it with care. Then when you’re done they come and pick it up with the same great customer service as when you first ordered your POD. For me they are the only company I will use if I need additional storage again.

I was happy with the services and thought the monthly charges were reasonable. However, I was only into 10 days of my last month of usage before I decided I do not need this storage anymore. I called in and had them pick up. I was charged for the pick up. So I had paid pick up charge as well as the extra half a month of storage rental that did not use.

One of the best rescue plans that I scheduled with pods during a hurricane. You guys were a wonderful help and your prices are affordable for people who are in need for such disasters or less. Thank you so much. It was a blessing.

Process was easy - they delivered the POD and placed it in the driveway and took it away when I requested. Couldn't have asked for a smoother delivery and take away.

Ease of scheduling from drop off to pick up and delivery to destination!

First it took the company 22 days to deliver my pods. The customer service dept with this company is lousy. They are unprofessional and try to say they are the supervisor when they are simply the people who answer the phones. The customer service dept will talk in circles hoping it will confuse you and you will just give up. This is the first time I've used this company and will never use them again. I was over charged by 800 dollars, and once the pods were delivered they wanted 430 dollar delivery charge. It was an nightmare dealing with this company. We are a military family and have informed command in the hopes that they will terminate any dealings with this company. It would have been better and cheaper to load our things in a moving truck and move them ourselves. 22 days to deliver our pods that were only 6 hours away. Do yourself a favor and drive the truck yourself!

Our gear showed up as scheduled in great shape. The only issues were related to our packing. Driver did a great job of positioning the POD to make unpacking as easy as possible. HIGHLY recommend the PODS option for do-it-yourself moves.
