Arrived on time. The delivery guy was amazing. The door was jammed (things on the I side had shifted). The guy worked hard until the door was free to open. He was helpful, cheerful and professional!

Upon arrival to my pod there was no clear instruction on where it would be. I had to wave a worker down to figure that out. It was dropped off and picked up on the correct days and times. Although I feel better communication and direction would significantly help the process. Also my belongings near the front were wet all on the bottom. Multiple cardboard box’s. Which contained books and clothes.

PODS arrived on time, were delivered to our new hone on time with minimal damage to furniture, and retrieved on time. Can't say the same for the labor both loading and unloading them.

We did a move from Alabama to Texas. Each phase went as discussed and the window I was given for drop off, pickup in AL, storage and drop off and pickup on the TX side went flawlessly. I can only say that for us the experience was fantastic.

Moved across the Country and would use PODS again as my experience was seamless from start to finish. My belongings were exactly as they had been, didn’t even shift in the container one inch. I am grateful for this experience as it was the most suitable for my needs. PODS was very helpful from my exit point to my destination and always In contact with me via email while my belongings were being stored until I called for them. Online schedule for Delivery was easy…note to self if you use this service make sure to book pick up when you book delivery as they are scheduled for pick up much further out than expected. I was unloaded in one day and able to get an updated pickup date which was fantastic. Communication was amazing so for me I rate this transaction 5 Stars!

I used PODS to move about 1500 miles cross country. Service was relatively easy to use from beginning to end. My container is being picked up at my destination location tomorrow morning and my PODS experience will end. The company did exactly what they said they would do: delivered a 16 foot container to my home, picked up the loaded container, stored it until I had a place to live in my destination city, transported the container over 1500 miles to my new city, delivered the container to my new home, and will now pick up the empty container. Overall a very positive experience. The company provides good customer service. I recommend PODS.

The drivers are friendly and offered me tips to assure a good move. Chris in Nashville, TN was so polite and helpful. I also want to add the crews from pack and load were amazing. They are polite and all work hard to get the job done.

The pod itself was great. It held so much stuff and the on site staff was generally polite and careful with our belongs. Your automated system not so great. I ran into a technical glitch with qualifying for the veteran discount. Could not find any way to fix it myself and had to demand a supervisor to get anyone to help. The service person I spoke to refused to pass me to a supervisor and kept throwing back into the automated system. There should be any easier way to ask for a person. I will give you this, once I got a supervisor they were competent and resolved my issue quickly.

I will never use u again!!! I have already submitted why! U have horrible customer service and caused me fines due to not picking it up when I know I scheduled it. Your management is horrible and treats the customer terrible

Pods was a good system and allowed us to do things at our own pace but there were several things I wasn’t a fan of: 1. Any phone call I made to customer service was no less than 40 min, no matter the reason for calling 2. Any issue I had with pods had to be written down and assigned a case number and handed to someone else and I was told I’d be contacted. Why can’t I just speak to someone else? After the 40 min phone call, nothing was resolved 3. The roll up door needs to be changed to barn doors to allow more room inside and for the door to not get jammed 4. I had to modify my pod container order a couple of times just based on my estimated/under-estimated space we needed. However when I added a pod at the very end, my original discount for my order was not applied. Even though it was the same order with the same order number. Ridiculous. 5. Customer service was less than desirable, especially when moving is already stressful. I feel like they should be given the power to modify orders and give discounts or refunds when needed to ease the stress of the customer. 6. The content insurance is a joke. I was not informed that it basically didn’t cover anything except if there was an explosion or the pod itself was damaged. And I also was not told that it was an option. Waste of $50 7. Upon ordering the pods initially, the rep did not put in my order that I wanted it to transit immediately. So our pod was sitting at the site until I found out when I called for a different reason. It would have arrived a week after we had planned until I pushed the issue and they escalated the order request. Luckily it was approved. Again, another reason the CS reps were useless because they couldn’t resolve my issue right then and there, when it was their issue to begin with.

They tell me exactly what was gonna happen and it exactly happened the way it did. The drivers were polite and helpful and it was an excellent experience.

Good concept, handy but not for older people, or doing it yourself!! Not to happy the placement of my pod and took forever to get it from one place to another and delivered.

Easy and way less than anyone else I contacted. Efficient, helpful, and friendly. We moved from Texas to Washington State and these guys made it so much better. They also got it to us a week before the more expensive bids gave me. Would absolutely use them again.

It's was very easy to book pods. Customer care helped me to best Pods for my stuff. They gave me decent discount during booking time. Very easy to schedule and re-schedule pod delivery and pick. Drivers are very cooperative and put the pods how i wanted. Overall it's was peaceful moving for me with Pods. I'll recommend all who are moving to choose PODS before consider any moving company

Easy to set up until the web site crashed. After the crash my email and other personal information was lost and I had no visibility to my service which caused me to have to call multiple times per day

Crooks. Trying to charge me for a move in Florida when I had sold that property and moved to New Jersey in Jan, 2024. But claim they did the pod delivery in Dec, 2024, about 11 months after I was gone and new owners were living there. Absolute FRAUD.
