The drop off and pick part of our experience was wonderful. Very helpful when asked questions and communicating with us. Everything in between, was horrible. We were not told that we had to schedule our pods to leave california. They sat in California for 2 weeks before I found that out. We were also told a different price for monthly storage compared to what was actually charged. No help when trying to call and ask questions.

Very Efficient, knowledgable of process, timely.

To begin with , I was able to talk to a human . Next , you actually did what you agreed to do. Then , due to my own mistake - you covered my back and got me another container. Thank You

Great service, our pods had to sit for a month, as we waited to close on our house, they were delivered shortly after closing, no damaged goods, Yes your TV needs to be in a box.

Very cooperative people no problem changing date and time delivery and very helpful with delivery would definitely use them again

The entire process was easy, from setup to drop off, everyone I spoke with was awesome. If I was moving across country again I would definitely give Pods a call!

The experience was very good. We did have to swap out for a bigger pod and it was not good since they were having computer issues. I was on the phone for over an hour. Other than that, all went great.

I took my time to pack my belongings and load into POD. There was no rush.

On the drop off in NC the driver was very interested in the placement 4 stars. PODS office communicated well on drop on Both ends 4 stars. On the delivery to NH the driver was most helpful! Forest gets 5 stars!!

My full POD was delivered today. The driver couldn’t have been nicer. He placed it perfectly.

Terrible! Employees are down right rude. I have been screamed and yelled at by Pods employees who have used profanity.

Closing dates of selling and purchasing a home do not always line up. I was able to pack my items, ship and store until my move/purchase closing was complete. Even so I had to take additional time to paint, which I wanted to do before moving in.

Deliveey was on time and drivers were professional and helpful.

PODS moving and storage created a smooth and easy transition. It was a simple process to request the POD for delivery and pickup. The drivers were very informative. I definitely recommend.

Too expensive

This was my 2nd time using PODS. Both experiences have been exceptional. This last move was only across town and initially it was hard to get the timing pickup and drop off at both ends. Once I was able to speak with the local location manager, Jake and we were able to coordinate that timing more efficiently. The drivers were the same on both ends as they worked from the same local facility. Alex and John out of Chattanooga, TN were exceptional in their professionalism and courtesy. They were able to place my container in a tight location with ease. PODS also makes it easy to hire help from independent companies to do everything from packing to loading your POD. The services provided were also efficient and competitively priced. My overall cost were approximately 1/3 less that using a traditional moving company. I would certainly recommend PODS as well as use them again.
