Very easy process to reserve a POD. The delivery was also easy and on time. Pickup was even better because I didn't need to be home for them to do it.

The pod was delivered quickly, positioned in a convenient place and picked up in a timely manner when I was finished. The people were easy to deal with and I’d do it again without a doubt. My goods were safe and easily accessible when I needed to access them. What I thought would be 2-3 months turned into a 7 month rental without a problem. While it was costly I highly recommend them and I see others in my neighborhood use them as well.

Be very very careful when getting a POD . I was so excited . It was going to be $3500 out the door when I moved to Tennessee from California. Perfect for my needs . They ended up taking over $1000 more because they had my card on file . One overcharge is because I was two days late telling them when I needed it delivered. I guess this was in the fine print I never saw it . Lastly they charged me another $560 to get my stuff . Like they held it hostage and still took money without asking . So my advice . READ THR FINE PRINT and remove your card that on file after final payment

We needed a pod due to an unexpected flooding issue in our basement and our pod was able to help us store what could be salvaged until we could be made hold again. While, we didn’t look forward to having a pod for upwards of six months during the whole ordeal, they dropped off and picked up the pod right when they said they without that any issues.

I was very impressed with the ease of obtaining a POD and delivery for a location 1,000 miles away. Everyone on the POD team was helpful, professional and just a pleasure.

Sounds simple seems like a way to go. Nope read very fine print and call and talk to several of their reps to get a consistent story or you will be paying a wholelotmore. Some bait and switch tactics. Vry much recommend finding another company that bshoots straight.

In most cases PODS worked well. My furniture was stored for several months and when it arrived it was in great condition. My concern was subcontractors allowed in by PODS to unload and load the the contents. They practise scamming and showing up when not asked. You need to do a better here. The time period was 2023-2025

I was excited to work with PODS for what would have been convenient storage and moving all in one. When I placed my POD order with a customer service rep, I was informed I would receive an evening time slot for the PODS' pick up time. I double checked it was evening because we couldn't move any other day or have the POD picked up any other day due to my scheduling and dealing with HOA permissions. I felt great about everything being good to go. The POD was delivered with no hiccups in the afternoon to early evening. I received my pick up time for the next day at 645pm with a 715am pick up time.. I was immediately confused and reached out to PODS customer service again for clarification as I asked and was told I would have an evening pick up window. I was then informed from the customer service rep that the scheduling is based on the drivers schedule and is a "computer generated" window. I was not informed of this and had I known, would not have booked. This is not in their contact either to specify that as customer you do not have a choice in delivery or pick up time. There is no "flexible scheduling". I was not given enough time to move into the POD and customer service did nothing to assist. I was unable to push our pick up due to the HOA rules. We decided to cancel out POD storage order and to not proceed. I immediately felt worried about what was to come and was unhappy that I was mislead into purchasing their services by being reassured I would have an evening pick up time. When the POD came to be picked up, I received no call that the driver was on his way, I only received a call saying he was in the complex and I had to come out immediately to take off our lock. I would not have purchased this service if I was told the evening was not guaranteed. I am now out a large sum of money and received nothing helpful from PODS regarding our concerns. I received poor communication and was mislead into the service I would receive. I no longer felt comfortable if anything was to happen to our belongings or issue with storage/moving costs. I will not be recommending this company.

It was easy. If you are moving yourself this is the only way to go! I hired movers to load. The POD and then movers to unload it. And the cost was reasonable

We have used them 3 times now and would used them again in a heartbeat. Whenever I ask a question that begins with, "Is it possible", the response is always, "Yes.". I love that about them. Whenever you speak to customer service it is an American and they are competent, well-mannered and informative. This is my favorite company!

Customer service upon booking the whole thing was excellent. The drop off driver was so nice and efficient. The second driver was extremely skilled and placed the POD perfectly. I love the commutation and full disclosure every step of the way.

All but one customer service rep were helpful and understanding of my issue. The individual who was rated less than 1 star was rude and not willing to assit me other than initiating a cancellation of my POD and charging more to pick up a defective POD and redeliver a new one.

All was good. Just important to call and clarify a week before and then a day before to make sure all is in sync. Excellent service and all goods were safe.

Wonderful experience. This process made it very easy for me from start to finish. The delivery of the pod was something to watch. All drivers notified me to let me know they were on their way with the pod for both deliveries and pick ups. Notifications were always on point. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
