United States | 08 January 2025My pod was late . I had to call at least 5x . I only received a $ 50 credit after calling 2x. I would use Pack Rat vs Pods . Based on my experience , I decided to use Pack Rat for my job. The amount of time I lost calling / I thought have had at least $ 150 off. I used two pods .

United States | 08 January 2025The delivery and pickup of the pod was great. And the initial quote from an agent that reached out was also great. Things started to get tricky when we went past 2 months and the discount we were given ended. We also had trouble getting a definitive answer on what the costs would be to have the pod stored off site vs on site. Point being, the support was very customized up until we signed the deal. But the delivery and pickup process was really easy and well coordinated.

Belive it or not, it was less aggravation talking to a human. Then trying to figure out the website for rescheduling a pickup. Very pleased with the proformance of the company and will use again if needed.

United States | 04 January 2025I moved from PA to Florida, and my experience through the entire process was excellent. They delivered my POD and picked it up 48 hours later. They stored it for one month, and I needed to get something out. They were very accommodating in getting things out. They delivered my POD on time when I moved. Excellent experience.

United States | 03 January 2025First, the customer service is cumbersome and time consuming. The representatives are difficult to understand. I was given assurances on the schedule flexibility "get the Pod delivered and you can easily set up the pick ups and deliveries later" This was not the case at all. I tried to move up delivery, was told I had to be on a waiting list and maybe it would get done. I needed to have my pods delivered to Richmond, VA by January 11th but was told the earliest it could be done was January 15. That means several days of waiting in a hotel for the delivery! Customer service representatives constantly referred to their script and would not address my concerns. The supervisor turned out to be even less friendly and did not even tried to assist. I ended up having to cancel the entire order and lost over $500 which I had paid already. On a positive note, the delivery person was phenomenal and accommodating. He took the time to properly place the POD in a very tight spot and did so skillfully.

They were very professional and respectful of our property and took a lot of care of placing the POD. They were also very precise with the removal of the POD and very considerate of the neighbor's properties. They were right on time for the deliveries and the pickups! Well done PODS Moving Crew(s)!

Contacted customer service and said would have callback 48-72 hours no call back. email 6days later as traveling. the problem was Customer says what makes customer "ok" problem never taken care of. I asked for a copy of dates and times POD picked up said sure. Never received and the lied about the dates.Very disappointed in spending the money and dishonest customer service.

United States | 03 January 2025As a 25-year logistics professional, their logistics makes absolutely zero sense and is probably the 2nd worst aspect of PODS' customer service... the first being the "agents" you speak with via the chat system. For the record for those curious, NONE of your chats are recorded and you can't download them so you have no proof of what someone has told you in the chat. They can promise you the Moon and deliver you Uranus. They tell you that chats can be downloaded, however, there is nowhere for that to happen. I was quoted one price, charged another. When I had to order a third pod, I pre-scheduled all the dates for it, was promised these dates are appointed, only to find out on a weekend (when no one is around to fix things) that wasn't the case. When I connected again with someone, I was essentially called a liar and told "that didn't happen," which is when I found out about the chats not being recorded. Now I'm waiting two weeks to get my last POD, WHICH arrived early... but somehow, the driver who was empty when he arrived to get my empty, couldn't run back to the yard to get when he came to retrieve my second pod because it put them at a hardship. I was promised that pod would be delivered on January 4th... that was a lie. It's not scheduled in the system and now they don't have "availability" to do that. Multiple pieces of furniture on my first pod arrived damaged despite me watching their videos and following every recommendation. This company is extremely transactional and does NOT care about you. Just remember that going into this.
