For the most part most things went well. However the gentleman who delivered the POD at it's final destination was lazy and just dropped the POD where he wanted, right in the middle of the driveway, we couldn't get any cars around it..... The most inconvenient spot for us possible

The drivers were great. The storage was good. Nothing was damaged. My issue was only will billing policies. When I wanted my pod delivered, it took 9 days for them to come even though I wanted it right away and then it could only be picked up 3 days later even though I emptied it out the day it arrived. That put me over the renewal date by more than three days (their grace period). They charged me for 1/2 month even though it was their inability to deliver and pick up in a timely manner that caused it to not only go over the renewal date but also the grace period. I called them when I scheduled the drop and pick up to request an exception due to their own delays. I was told they would consider it and gave me a case number. No one ever contacted me after that, not even an email. I was just billed for it anyway even though I used them for about eight months for storage and spent well over $4k with them. I would not use them again in the future.

Whenever I contacted PODS they were friendly, helpful, and courteous. I only wish they would pro rate storage after the first full month.

Amazing service. From registering, changing dates, drop off and pick up. We had the pod longer than expected and despite days at over 100 degrees and lots of rain, the contents were all in perfect condition.

PODS was so efficient, reliable and easy! The communication was over the top good, always keeping me informed and providing me options. Hats off to a well run operation. And the delivery drivers were fantastic.

Services were scheduled 2-3 weeks prior to using PODS services, and PODS didn’t show up for the Final pickup on PODS #1 and 2 (total of 3 PODS), and I was not notified that the schedule had changed. I had to call 3 days in a row to get the situation taken care of.

I moved from SC to Fla and wanted to get family furniture to my son in Pa. The POD arrived at my home as scheduled and was picked up and delivered to PA. All moves of the POD were well documented with plenty of time to make changes if necessary. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

I live on a steep hill and the delivery men did a great job placing the PODS. Only issue was a large crack on the edge of my driveway where the truck pulled on the entry edge.

We made a last minute move! POD service was great! PODS were dropped off and picked up on schedule! No damage to items in the POD! I highly recommend!
