Had the POD for a little over 3 years and it served its purpose well! Originally got it when we had our house rewired, but it made things so convenient, we kept it for awhile. Scheduled the pickup which went great! Timely and driver was professional and courteous. Very good experience overall!

I am giving a 5 star review overall for PODs, but I would really like to give Raymond, the driver who finally was able to pick up the PODS container from my property in NC on December 17, 2024 10 Stars!! It took 4 tries. Unfortunately PODS had dropped off my container in the middle of my grass. So these poor drivers were tasked with trying to pick it up off my grass after heavy rains...needless to say the ground was wet and soft which made it almost impossible. 2 other drivers had tried 3 different days and were not able to. Finally, on the 4th try, another driver, Raymond, called me to let me know he was on the way, which was great! I warned him about the ground and he put me at ease, by telling me he was experienced and that he was confident he could do it, and that he would do his best to get it done. Sure enough, Raymond was successful and got it done!! Raymond called me afterwards to let me know that the PODS was successfully picked up!! Not only was he friendly, courteous and professional, Raymond got the job done! Thank you Raymond for not giving up and knowing what needed to be done!! And thank you for making my day, I really appreciate you!

Easy to communicate with, punctual, nothing was broken in my pod from an across Florida move.

They said this pod (16’) can fit a 3 bedroom house. We weren’t able to fit washer and dryer, couch and love seat, a bedroom set and refrigerator. Our home was less then 1600sq ft and only used 2 of the three bedrooms and still had to rent a U-Haul to get the rest of our stuff. Good luck

PODS online experience is bulletproof. customer service was courteous and efficient. all schedule milestones were hit accurately. on-site drivers were engaging and super helpful— ensuring everything was suitably located and accessible.
