Best idea we had using Pods

Wasn’t the best from the start. Mess up with picking the 16’ up and dropping 8’ off. No one showed up to pick the 16’ up and the delivery driver for the 8’ had to do extra work. I was told ship date was on November 26th and delivery to Bristol VA hub was the 7th. Portal told me delivery was late and I couldn’t set a delivery date up till the 17th, it put us behind on moving in. Representative wasn’t helpful didn’t want to listen to what I had to say. In the end I shouldn’t have had to pay a storage fee because of PODs screwup. I WILL NEVER USE PODS AGAIN! I still expect a refund for the storage fees since it was your mistake not mine, doesn’t matter if the portal was wrong our not.

Delivery was difficult once again no cooperation and poor English speaking employee. CEO of this company shou know he just a horrible company. Beware not a company u want to trust or work with.

Customer service was consistently pleasant and helpful. While the PODS unit assigned to me was somewhat old, it performed well, and I had no issues. I appreciated their referrals and discounts for vehicle transportation and loading/unloading services. The recommended companies were reliable, and the staff were very helpful. If you’re moving but don’t have space to unpack right away in your new home, I highly recommend using PODS!

Too long to get picked up, delivery date changed by several days.

I would 💯 use PODS again. My only issue was as a first time user, I wish the driver would have said hey we should make sure your door opens. Cause when I almost couldn’t get it open they were going to charge me 50.00 to come back out.

Very safe and well maintained

The service was far better than I expected. The pod showed up on time, was picked up on time and NOTHING in the POD shifted. I sorta expected things to shift a bit and was worried that the door wouldn't open. The delivery driver ensured that we could open the door before he left!

It made it lots easier to get my stuff loaded an unloaded when I could get my help together at a time when it was convenient for all involved

Trying to get the PODS returned is a real problem. They schedule 14 days out so when you get your pod immediately schedule a pickup date. Poorly run operation in Fort Myers.

I was pleased with PODS service. They delivered on time and picked up in a timely manner as well. The POD keep my belongings safe and undamaged. The price was kinda high to me though.
