Every step of the process was smooth. Every person that I communicated with was professional and knowledgeable. I met Chris who delivered the POD to my home on 12/113. He was exceptionally helpful. Great process.

Overall this move using PODS was a pleasant experience. PODS was flexible and supportive as my travel plans from HI to NV changed, delaying transport by 3 months. Coordination of delivery at the destination could be improved.

This has been an amazing experience. To be honest, wasn't sure this concept was going to work but I am more than pleased. Highly recommend PODS to anyone. Will definitely use them in the future. Have absolutely no complaints.

All the customer service reps I spoke to on the phone were pleasant to deal with and thoroughly knowledgeable with the process. Being a 1st time user of PODS the reps explained the process in easy to understand terms. The on-line account process was easy to use and well set up and maintained. Everything I needed was at my fingertips and the answers to all my questions were easy to find.

Made a move from Texas to California and I had been stressing about how to move all of stuff. Call 800 number and spoke to representative who was so helpful and nice, explained everything from step 1 to finish. Delivery drivers were all so helpful too. I trusted PODS with my stuff and they delivered everything in good shape.

PODs has been very helpful with our move . Being able to do it " piecemeal" instead of all at once has helped tremendously .

Invalid fees, takes so long to get help over the phone. Waited on the phone for an hour to not really be helped, charged for a redelivery fee when the driver was so rude and drove off after speaking to him in person very kindly.

They have delivered on time both pick up in Maryland and drop off in Florida. All people I have been in contact with have been professional and friendly.

Our relocation was complicated by the intrusion of Hurricane Helene and all of the damage created in her aftermath…..many roads were either completely washed away or compromised such that the size and/or length of vehicles became restricted (i.e., no 18 wheelers, etc). PODS provided the ideal solution….well designed, previously vetted crews to assist if needed (loading/unloading), shipping containers, ideal storage, very flexible options focused on the clients particular needs…..Outstanding Job.
