Dropped and picked up as scheduled, drivers were great for pick up and delivery.

The process was very smooth amd seamless. Very professional. Definately would use them im the future.

Convenience was our goal and this worked well for our situation.

Quick and to the point: PODS was just what we needed to hold our stuff during a garage makeover. Although PODS may not have been the cheapest, their convenience and ability to accommodate my schedule sealed the deal.

Talking to actual people was so Much better than online . Drop off and pick up was on time . Scratched my paver driveway which is why i did not give them a 5 star rating

Everyone was great. They gave plenty of heads up, and were super fast. Having the pod beat us to the new house was huge.

The set up was easy and the unit arrived when stated. The pick up was just as easy and I didn't have to be home. Also, everyone I dealt with in the company from the sales associate to the delivery drivers had great customer service skills.

Do NOT use PODS if you're going to store more then a couple months and even then good luck. I had some life altering changes and ended up storing with PODS for 4 year. Super expensive option but I assumed my items would be as they said "stored in a climate controlled facility" Well their facility in Avenel NJ IS NOT CLIMATE CONTROLED. Immediately when I opened the door musty a disgusting odor over came me. How exactly does a unit in a "climate controlled" facility become musty? Answer: It can't be climate controlled. After digging a few items in we discovered mouse droppings. We used many storage tubs but what was not in storage tubs musty/moldy smelling or had mouse droppings on it. About half way through the unit we discovered the dead mouse. Wonderful. I posted a 1 start review and they answered "oh please contact us with your customer number etc" They blew me off for two weeks after providing information. Then they basically told me I was lying and go pound salt. I spent thousands of dollars with this garbage company and THEY ruined my items. Do yourself a favor an avoid them at all costs. BTW as others have said their drivers are great. PODS as a storage company are not trustworthy. Update: the comment from PODS is an auto reply. When informed they do nothing. They actually said "we use a pest control service monthly, so we doubt you had any mice from our building" They try to make a good show of attempting to assist but once you contact them it's a different story. They do not care what happened to your items.

The delivery was swift, and the pick up was swift. Both the drop off and pick up drivers were both very kind and punctual. I would work with pods again.

I scheduled a pickup for Monday 12/17 and they never came to pick it up. When I called the next morning 12/17 they couldn’t pickup for another day Wednesday 12/18. I am paying contractors that have to now work around the pod causing me extra charges from them. I am very disappointed in this experience.

We had to move furniture, etc to recarpet our downstairs after a flood. The operators of the Podzilla were amazing - we have a long, sloped, narrow driveway with a 90degree turn to the flat spot in front of our garage. They nailed it. Only complaint: the plastic roofs condense water. So prepare for items on top to get dripped on.

Everything happened like clock work. Nothing broken or mishandled.

Booking was easy. Pod came on time. Drivers were professional.

Moving is always stressful. Sometimes you forget things. The PODS experience, complete with specific reminders and recommendations was very helpful. Also, the drivers communicated well and were always on time.

All of the folks we worked with from start to finish were professional, prompt and polite. I would recommend PODS to anyone I know Great experience Steve McCusker
