The customer service was great and the communication also but I was very disappointed with the lack of hooks or hangers in our old model Pod! All the videos showed a newer style with hangers and easy tie downs! Using ropes in the small holes was very time consuming when packing!

AVOID PODS AT ALL COSTS – Worst Moving Experience Ever I’ve had the most frustrating and disappointing experience with PODS. I booked their service in September to move from Nashville to Bend, OR, entering my start and end zip codes and discussing my timeline in detail with their rep. I was assured delivery to Bend in December was no issue, and I even confirmed delivery timelines during that call. Fast forward to November when I tried to finalize my delivery date. After hours on hold, getting hung up on, and no callbacks, I learned they couldn't deliver to Bend during the winter. This critical issue wasn’t flagged during booking, despite me providing the zip code and delivery date upfront. Apparently, their system doesn’t account for seasonal restrictions when booking—an absurd flaw in their systems engineering. After multiple escalations, I’ve been met with zero accountability, no acknowledgment of their mistake, and no apology for the hours I’ve spent trying to resolve this. Now, PODS expects me to drive 4+ hours each way to retrieve all of my belongings from their facility in Clackamas, OR. Their lack of communication, empathy, and basic problem-solving has been appalling. If you value your time, sanity, and belongings, avoid PODS at all costs. This has been the single worst customer service experience of my entire life.

My driver delivering my container was exceptional. He made sure I could get the door opened to unload. Everything was right on time as well.

Our delivery went flawlessly. Roland went the extra mile to make sure it went smoothly. He was aware I had recently had a major health issue and did his best to accommodate. He is an absolute asset to his company and would recommend them based on this. Thank you so much !!

Every step of the way the service was great. Moving can be stressful and so consuming but I felt heard and was given helpful recommendations. A small problem with the door on my POD was rectified immediately without putting me out at all. My belongings got to my new home with out any damage. I’d use PODS again and highly recommend.

Everything went as expected until the door wouldn't open. Tom "Chonto" the delivery driver helped me get my makeshift ramp which shifted into the door out of the way. Great service

The guy dropping it off was very nice and helpful. Although this could have been a no contact drop-off I decided to chat and make sure he had room to maneuver. The pod itself got very humid so I had to purchase a dehumidifier. The only real disappointment so far was that the driver picking it up this morning was supposed to call first and didn't. Also I'm working on an issue with customer service where I was apparently given misinformation by their representative. UPDATE: slow to resolve my dispute on charges...I may go with a different company next time.

The POD arrived the day they said it would and was picked up the day they said it would. The slide lock on our POD was slightly bent / mis aligned and bit tricky to work, but we were able to manage.

Customer service was always great. Everyone was friendly and polite. The driver who returned the pod was incredible! The pod itself was clean and well maintained. After being in the pod for 2 years my property was still clean and undamaged. Had some difficulty scheduling using the website.
