I did not receive my month free storage service that they said I would. They did not explain everything. They did pick up and drop off on time. Also my load that was strapped in. The load moved so bad it broke the straps. Moved everything to roll door was hard to open, plus it broke a lot of may items.

Delivered what was promised, friendly, knowledgeable, drivers.

Everything went fine until the drop off. I payed for same day pick up because I needed the pod gone from my apartment complex due to a policy here for the loading dock. I communicated this very clearly on the phone about 2 different times on the phone with them prior to drop off. The estimated window they sent me online was later than when they dropped it off, which ended up being better because I thought it would give them more time to come pick up the POD. I was wrongly mistaken and waited all day for them to pick it up. It was dropped off around 7:30 am, then around 3pm I was calling for them to see when it was getting picked up because it already was there longer than when they told me it would be picked up. They then told me it always scheduled to be picked up around a later time frame in the day, so I accepted that and waited till then for them. Around the last hour of that time frame they still hadn’t came, so I called again and was told that the driver had a few more stops before mine and that they should be there within the next hour. Ultimately, the driver NEVER CAME and I was on the phone with customer service all night just for them to tell me they could not pick it up until two days after my scheduled pick up. Everyone kept telling me they were sorry and understood my frustration, but actually failed to do something about it and prioritize my pickup, as I payed extra for it and was very clear about the circumstances. This made my move incredibly stressful and I am no longer going to use this company or recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the headache if you’re moving to a complex and hire a moving truck!

I did not have enough room for my move, I gave a list of our furniture, etc, I was told by the pods lady that a 16 foot pod is sufficient for a 3 bedroom house so I ordered an extra pod, an 8 foot, we were horrified when we called after not fitting everything on both pods, and we were quoted a price of $1000 for another pod! The gentleman on the phone had no sympathy and was very arrogant! I will never use pods again!

Everything went swimmingly in the beginning. Until the delivery date. I needed it in the 14th. Explained at great length the date was non negotiable.the best they could was the 17th. The drop off person Jay was super. The lovely lady that picked it up was wonderful. The gentleman who dropped it at my home was great. Would I do it again yes. ..however would want everything scheduled in advance so I am not stuck with dates that didn't fit the team of unloaders I had available.

I was misled with scheduling which ultimately cost me additional money. The product and concept are great but the level of service and misinformation is terrible.

The people that worked with me every step of the way through my move were helpful, caring and professional. They gave me confidence that my precious cargo would get to my new home on time and in perfect condition. It did. I thank all who did their parts to make it happen.

This is the perfect idea for our move! Kudos to everyone that helped us along the way from PODS. Especially Joel, who delivered the POD to our house in NC. This guys is the best employee PODS could use as a role model. Simply exceptional! Thank you very much for an impeccably easy experience!

I would highly recommend using PODs for a much easier move. Everyone I talked to was very accommodating and helpful. The drivers were also very nice. The flexibility of having several days to load and unload made this one of the easiest moves I have made.

Excellent customer service, delivered pod on time placed by where I wanted it no issues. Operator was professional and courteous.

Seamless delivery and pickup

Using pods was super easy. Super convenient. That was plenty of time to load it up. The drop off was easy seamless. Highly recommend.
