We had a very good experience with PODs on both a move across the country and storage. Drivers were friendly and amazing on a very challenging driveway. Communication was good regarding scheduling etc. My only wish is that they would offer storage discounts after a certain amount of time with them. Other than that, all good.

What a great product and the customer service I received was outstanding, I had a new build home and had some delays along the way I had to change my delivery dates several times and every time I called your employee were very respectful and understanding. The drivers were spot on and were always on time they went beyond to make my moving experience great. Please keep your employees moral up so everyone has the same experience i had. Seamless event!! Everything was delivered, picked-up, delivered, picked-up, and delivered in perfect time. This really made my home sale, home purchase and move-in so easy.

I appreciate that PODS was willing to reschedule my drops offs and picks up... due to circumstances changing beyond my control. But as it turns out, the second POD I had delivered to my home in Rochester before my move, was not placed in the best location even though I had requested it be placed in a better location. The first drivers who dropped off the empty POD didn't listen to me so when the return driver, Chris, came to pick up the loaded POD on February 19th, he said the location I had requested is where it SHOULD have been placed. He had a horrible time getting access to it and spent over an hour and a half digging through snow and ice in order to get the POD in a spot on my driveway that would allow him to load and carry the POD away. He was amazing!!! He deserves a raise and is an incredible representative of your company.

I had a really easy experience! We had to extend the POD for multiple months and it was really easy to do so online.

Quoted one price for the Pick-up cost and later charged another price. Response of getting details and disputing the charges is very slow.

From the beginning to the end of this process of moving, my services was GREAT! From delivery to final pickup the professionalism was ingenious.
