Convenient and great communication every step of the way

Only 1 box of dishes and a lampshade didn’t survive, with 2 large pods moved on time and arrived on time, this was amazing.

The driver was fantastic! I think his name was Clive! Arrived on time, was friendly and proficient with picking up Pod. That was our second pod. The entire experience was well coordinated and the communication was excellent! I highly recommend!

It would have been 5 stars I interacted with two offices. Had a great experience with the Wichita office. Drivers were responsive and attentive. Timing was accurate. Would have given you a five star rating but the last Pod arrived 5 hours later than promised from the Kansas City facility. The window was identified as 6 to 9 am. I found out at 9:15am that the time was moved to 4 to7 PM. I had lined up movers and unpackers. Things happen, especially when moving. The drop off and pick ups had been seamless. When I called the office, the operator was not helpful at all. In fact, was quite rude. A simple apology would have been appreciated. I was informed that for $80 I could have had a confirmed drop off.

The 3rd pods delivery was a nightmare as the driver got stuck twice on our property. It was clear he lacked experience. He got mad and when I told him to put it somewhere else, even though it was an inconvenience to us, it was on more firm ground. He yelled that he doesn’t have all day. I asked that the door opening face one way and he put it the opposite. When I asked him to turn it around, he got mad again, loaded it on the truck and left. This caused me to have to hire movers. The pickup of the empty two pods was scheduled for the same day. I had the moving van coming to deliver our stuff that afternoon when the pods would be gone. After the first pod was picked up I received a call that that second pod could not be picked up because a driver got stuck in the mud. I would now have to wait another day. This delay cost me money because my moving truck couldn’t access the driveway to unload with the pod there, so they had to come the following day. I will never use pods again. Customer service was terrible. It proved to be more of a hassle and wasted time and money. I filed a complaint and pods refunded me $50! What a slap in the face after spending over $2k. If I ever need a service like this again, I’ll use Uhaul.

It was a great experience. They are very fast on Dropping and Picking the PODS. They eres very efficient on making any change durging the moving.

PODS made this move from Baltimore to Myrtle Beach very easy. Communication was outstanding, customer service spot on, and they honored their word on everything. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend.

The process from start to finish was full of difficulties. When I initially booked the first container, they took the booking immediately. The day before my pods' delivery, someone from a state far away from my home "demanded" I send the measurement of the driveway and pictures; otherwise, she would cancel my order!! Despite providing everything, they still made me sign a damage waiver. All of these should have been disclosed BEFORE taking my money, right? I had 2 containers, stagagred drop off and pickup. Some of the drivers were experts, knew what they were doing, and did the drop off/ pick up without any issue. And some of the drivers gave me real hard time... move my neighbor's cars, do this, do that, just to make their life easy. For example, if one driver dropped the first container without any issues, the driver dropping off the second container at the same location with same situation demanded I move multiple cars so he can drive his truck to the driveway instead of bringing out the podzilla. Their price was much higher than the competitors, I decided to go with them, hoping for a seamless process, which did not happen. Next time I will look for other options and I won't recommend the POD's service to any friend or family member.

Delivery was amazing, all the drivers were excellent. The pod was clean and ready to go. Delivered right on time. Excellent service.

Very Accommodating and flexible with weather changes

From setting up our initial service to delivery of the pods and pick up the whole experience was so easy and convenient. The customer service department is easy to get ahold of and very helpful. Well worth the money for the convenience!

Great communication, and easy to schedule pick up and delivery dates. Everything went smoothly and I was able to change dates with my unexpected schedule changes.

The only way to move! This is my second time using PODS when moving. The first time was locally and this time was out of state. 5 stars well deserved each time.

Good service from reserving, answering questions to delivery. Disappointed that the only piece of trash (a rope) that I accidentally left in POD was found in the street later that morning.

If you are considering PODS for your move...DO IT!! We moved from Michigan to Huntsville, Alabama and had a 2 month gap between houses, so we opted to give PODS a try. The customer service at every step was awesome...friendly & knowledgeable people, no pressure, just a smooth experience. I loved the portal on their website, you can monitor and adjust your delivery dates with ease and keep an eye on each step of the process. On the Alabama side, we had an incredibly friendly delivery driver named Calvin who arrived on time and quickly placed our POD in our driveway. Jarvis came the next day to pick it up and he was also on time and super friendly and efficient. Every item in our POD looked exactly the same way it did when we left it, so I know it was handled with care along the way. PODS is a cost & time efficient way to move and/or store your belongings and this company is a well-oiled, friendly machine!

Simple and easy to use

We got a great price for the smallest pod, which ended up costing less than a moving truck. The pod was the perfect option because my move was from Dallas, Texas all the way to Brambleton, Virginia. This would have been a very long drive in a moving truck and also would have cost a lot of money for gas. Drop off and pick up of the pod we’re very easy. My only complaint is that the person on the phone told me the pod would come with a lock and keys, but when the pod arrived, the driver said that no locks are normally provided. That is fine, but had I known ahead of time, I would’ve gone and bought a lock prior to the day I actually needed to load up my pod.
