United States | 25 March 2025My delivery start out great. They were on time and the driver was great. The problem I had was the pickup. My pod was delivered to a home that was under renovation, and that went great. When it was time for the pod to be picked up we ran into a problem with the power line being to low. When the pod was place there the power line had not been there. I was told by the driver that I would not be charge but that was not the case. We asked if they had something that could pull the pod out and the answer was no. They didn’t want to help us but they did want to charge us. We eventually had to have the power cut off.

United States | 25 March 2025Online ordering was simple, and the POD arrived exactly on time. The POD was clean and dry and we had no issues with it. Delivery and pickup was perfect (and fascinating to watch), and the drivers were super polite, efficient and expert at their jobs. This is the 2nd time we’ve used PODs for temporary storage on our property, and both times were great. We highly recommend your services!

United States | 25 March 2025Everything was done online, which made it pretty easy. Delivery was on time with a phone call before to let us know our PODS were on the way. When our 16ft container arrived the delivery guy discussed where it would be most convenient for us. Both delivery and pick-up were easily arranged and on time. We would definitely recommend and use PODS again.

United States | 22 March 2025The drop off and pickup at our home is Florida was excellent. The drop off at our new home in Indiana was excellent. The pickup at our home in Indiana was a nightmare. We scheduled the pickup of the empty POD 5 times. We were never contacted by the pickup location in Louisville, KY. Finally after the pickup was scheduled for the 5th time with no contact or pickup, we got a call that the POD would be picked up after 12 days from the first time it was scheduled.

United States | 21 March 2025We would have given our experience 5 stars because of the kind and caring people who dropped off the empty Pod and dropped the Pod off at our new home. Our driver Mcquell called us during our cross country trip to discuss the most convenient location to leave the Pod. We had a little trouble with the apartment staff helping find a spot, and he was able to advocate for us! The only part of the process we were not fans of were the number of unnecessary texts, calls, and emails with alarming messages regarding verifying drop off and pick up times. We got numerous messages saying we would be charged if we didn't confirm even after we had already confirmed. Other than that, we were very happy with the experience. Worth every cent!

United States | 21 March 2025I really liked working with your company, and if I move again, will gladly go with PODS! However, moving from the Big Island in Hawaii and having to load everything in trucks to take to the POD "lot" was really a hassle.

United States | 21 March 2025The pod was great but the pickup time shifted earlier and earlier and the driver showed up prior to the pickup window without calling so we weren't able to finish packing. The inconsistency with the pickup window made it difficult to properly plan. Update: we were informed that our pod would be delayed by 4 days the day before it's scheduled drop off after making a cross country trip in order to keep the initially agreed upon schedule after the pod was picked up early (without notice) and we were unable to finish packing. After calling customer service and requesting some form of compensation for this massive oversight, we were told that nothing could be done because the decision was made in light of inclement weather. Keep in mind, we were aware of the weather prior to the trip and planned our drive accordingly so it's very frustrating that after paying thousands of dollars and 3 weeks of lead time to plan that PODs was unable (or unwilling) to do the same. We will not be using this service again.

United States | 21 March 2025The office staff are so helpful and understanding. I had to adjust my order a couple of times and they didn't complain. They were totally accommodating. The drivers who picked up and delivered my PODs were so friendly. I felt like we had known each other for years. I would use PODs again.

United States | 21 March 2025I will NEVER use PODS again. I was overcharged $1,070 for insurance. Almost a year ago, I rented 3 PODS to move and initially asked for $100,000 insurance on one of them. After a couple of months I asked to have it removed. The agent said I wouldn't see it removed on the next billing cycle, but would see it on the following one, and I did see the monthly rate lower. For 6 months I wasn't charged for the extra insurance while the POD was in storage. Then, after this final POD was delivered to my new home, without notice I was suddenly charged $1070 for monthly insurance! When I called to have the mistake cleared up it was sent to customer service for resolution and they rejected my claim. I was not refunded the overcharge.

United States | 20 March 2025When my last two pods were delivered to my home to be unpacked both had significant roof damage. Holes big enough for a person to crawl through. Pods never offered to repair or fix the holes. I emptied one quickly and returned it. The second one I had to tarp it but with one our wind storms part of the tarp became loose and my furniture/contents were soaked. I would never do busness with pods again. Once you signoff on the rental, service declines. Dont take any comfort with them storing your belongings.
