I’ve used Pods multiple

The POD was very convenient. I did not have to be available to have it delivered or picked up. Jarvis and the other driver were great about communicating when they were coming.

In the past, U-Haul etc. was ideal (Being younger and full of energy). But now, PODS makes sense.

The price for storage and moving the POD is outrageous! Plus you have to pay $500 for them to come and get the empty container??!? Ridiculous. Oh and if gawd forbid you miss a payment, they threaten to auction off your pod, cut the lock and send you pictures. THEN they don’t send the key for the lock they put on YOUR POD! I’ll never use this service again.

Easy process, always kept informed by the delivery drivers and was able to view my account and service timeline on the website. Highly recommend.

Very smooth transition and great service overall! We were able to pack a ton of stuff in the 8x8. Would highly recommend. We’ve moved a lot and this is the easiest one we’ve done.

My first experience with PODs and I could not be more pleased. We did a cross country move using (2) 16 foot PODs. We had the PODs staged to arrive for loading a week apart so that they arrived at our final destination a week apart. The communication and promptness we experienced from PODs was next level (Excellent). On each each leg POD showed up on the front end of their ETA window. We received texts and call for the driving diving a window of 30 minutes before arrival. I highly recommend using one of the helper companies that POD can recommend to help load your POD. We packed all our our boxes and totes ourselves. We hired a (2) man crew for packing both POD and a (2) man crew for unloading one POD. We unloaded the second POD ourselves. The main advantage of hiring people is to use their expertise for packing the POD. We had minimal shifting on our PODs. And exerting was packed tight. For sure you need locking tie down straps, blankets and plastic wrap to wrap furniture.
