That is standing by your product. Plus the launcher is a great addition to our family protection. My wife is so much more comfortable using this non-lethal weapon. And she is getting very good at it even at 50ft. I am looking forward to DOJ g business with Byrna.

United States | 09 January 2025I bought the Byrna for a present for my wife on November 15th and she did not want it, so I went to return it and they only accept returns a 14 days after the sale. Mind you, it was never used and is unopened. These guys have horrible customer service.
