MARITIME SECURITY / SAFETY, many years packing 'Fire Arms' we decided to make a change, we planed - we ordered - we got our BYRNA LE very fast (what a Service) We never hat to 'draw' in years, Byrna Launcher does not damage million Dollar 'Yachts' better have and not need than need and not have, I do recommend others to do the same, 99% Incidents a 'Fire Arm' is not needed. KW.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Incompetent packaging resulted in my two orders totaling almost $1000 being refused at the border and sent back. I found this out only after contacting Byrna, they did not notify me that my order was on its way back to their offices. I cancelled my order, as the timeframe of delivery was no longer compatible with my schedule. Byrna decided to keep the $100 in shipping fees for their own pockets instead of refunding me the full amount I paid, while simultaneously refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes, blaming UPS. Contacting customer support is a joke, the staff is flippant and it is impossible to contact a representative directly without waiting for days. I am now out $100 (USD) and multiple hours of my time due to Byrna's poor business practices.

well i like the byrna but there are some flaws..? the clip sometimes fall out or the co2 leaks out but when i hear that i was needed to use byrnas co2 then i well try that and another think do not use home reckers in byrna clips you well surely surely brake the byrna...?so other then that it's just the damn clip falls out or it sometimes won't hold it. so byrna makes a great launcher but the clips need to be a little more thicker and the clips where the balls go in the little thing that holds the balls you need to make clips that won't lunch the balls every where other then that the byrna have great (Impact) and the voracity is great we love u byrna..? and umerax :D

I ordered the Byrna LE on February 4th, 2023, and a whole month later I have yet to receive it. I have made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and called the company twice about it, but they have no information on when my order will be shipped. Byrna even lied and said they had no record of my calls, though I have phone records to prove otherwise. I am considering canceling my order and giving the company two more weeks before I do. Their customer service is terrible and I would not recommend anyone do business with them.

I ordered my first Byrna SD and had a few issues with pricing and some confusion over some outdated information. Every time I emailed customer service, Victor Eng was able to answer every question, correct every concern, and was very understanding and helpful! I'm very excited to try out my launcher!

Just received this launcher for my wife. So far, so good. The only complaint I have so far is the heavy trigger pull.I think they claim a 6lb pull but feels more like 8lbs. No reason they can’t lighten the trigger pull to about 4lbs. I understand their concern regarding too light of a trigger but women as a rule do not possess the hand strength and a heavy trigger pull makes it more difficult to hit your target.

I wanted to get something for my wife for protection. After I purchased Byrna I emailed and used the chat option to ask for expedited shipping which I would ofcourse pay and I heard for 2 days only crickets. So now I won't be getting my order before I leave town. Very upsetting and ofcourse they can keep their item.

I sent the gun back because it repeatedly jammed on second shot. they returned it to me, seemed to work fine. Ok , put in my car, didnt shoot for about 2 months. then Tried to show someone how it works, wouldnt fire, Jammed. cleared mag, reload mag, fired one shot, jammed again. I would not trust this to perform in your time of need. You are better off with a stick

This company is a joke. The launcher is decent but the people behind it are far from it. I ordered quite a few products to try from Byrna. The next day after receiving them I decided to return the majority of them because of the sub par quality, for example one of the extra magazines I ordered broke the first time I tried to load it. So I called byrna and was told by the representative on the phone that she would complete the forms for me and of course there would be no problem returning because the products were still in original packaging and in fact she knew about the magazine problem and stated several customers had the same problem. At the end of the call she told me I would receive a RMA from byrna and a label within 24 hours. It took multiple emails and over a week! To finally get my RMA. I then sent the items back and a couple days after they were delivered I got a email from byrna saying that they were received and I would get a email stating the refund was processing within 24-48 hours. It has been over 7 days and I never received the email or a refund. I have contacted Byrna by email at least 5 times with no response. I honestly feel this is sub par little company who doesn’t have enough money for operations so they keep your money as long as possible. In 40 years I have never waited over a week to get a RMA or had such bad customer response to legitimate emails regarding a refund. At this point, since I can not get a refund or answer from Byrna I will have to contact the bank and submit a fraud case. I also submitted a BBB review and became aware that Many other people say the exact same thing.. long waits for RMAs and hard time getting a refund. They have the merchandise and won’t process my refund as they said and they will not respond to my multiple email attempts. I will also post a review on every social media outlet about the sub par build quality and terrible customer service when needing to return merchandise.

After reading the 2022 reviews i have decided to not purchase from Byrna. I was initially very interested in your product but the reviews were just to negative to make a pricey purchase. Look for private reviews not companyu reviews or third party sales reviews.

Service department is extremely slow in responding to my concerns. Trigger mechanism failed to reset itself after pulling it. Only fired gun 7 times when failure occurred. Gun is only 6 months old. Very disappointed. They should put more time in the service department and a better product instead of advertising an inferior product.

Bought 2 Byrnas. $1000.00 A pepper/teargas ball broke in the clip and covered my husband and I. We have it all over our car, garage and kitchen. There's no way to clean it up without being completely messed up! My husband has asthma. We want our money back!! What a joke to have it for self protection and it covers your life in police grade teargas and pepper spray that won't clear up....ever! Taking my husband to the ER now. DO NOT BUY A BYRNA!! CANT TRUST AMMO NOT TO RUIN YOUR MONTH!

After listening to Hannity I purchased this gun to have in my car. I am a healthcare worker and drive to many homes some in neighbourhood not quite safe. People are sick in all neighborhoods and I have been fine for years. With last 3 yrs with all the mayhem, I decided to purchase a Byrna. Over $500 later and when I needed to use it, found out it doesn’t work. Luckily it was only pit bull and I managed to get back in my car. How many other woman or men purchased and found out a dud. The company says send it back and pay$50 It took several days for them to address us. Ohh and found out you can’t put cartridge in an leave and expect it to work. Would have been nice to have that in writing as instructions
