Everything was worked out with customer support and was a result of an incorrect email. Customer service was awesome and reinstated my canceled orders and I ensured they were paid for the item that I had received and was charged back to byrna. I give them 5 plus stats for working through the issue with me and I’m the end saving me money on the orders that were canceled. Background:I made several orders over the 2023 Black Friday promotions. The orders were confirmed as placed and I received email confirmations for the orders. The savings was very good. Several weeks later (in December) I received emails canceling my orders, one saying they suspect the order was fraudulent, the other stated no reason, just a cancellation notice. Attempt to contact info@Byrna which is the only way to contact them via email, returned an undeliverable message from Microsoft Exchange. As these are Christmas gifts it is disturbing that it appears they cannot fulfill orders placed. I had already purchased and received seperate items that can only be used with the product cancelled by Byrna, I am now at a financial loss,

I've had my Byrna SD for 1 /12 years and today is the first time I had to use it for self defense. However not against a human, a bear! I live an area where we have black bears that will break into homes. Today is the first time I have lived here (for decades)that I hear my front door being pounded on and almost being broken down. Not by a person, but a bear. The bear got tired, left and walked 50 feet into the forest to get its 1 year old cubs. I could tell they were think of all coming back and giving my door a three bear try-UNTIL I fired my Byrna, not at them but near them. The sound of it scared them off and for now, end of problem. A word about guns where I live. I live in CA, if you fire a gun in my area, for any reason you are going to get a visit from the Sheriff and head off to jail. I wan't worried with my Byrna. Plus if I had to shoot the bear with the Byrna, I'm sure the sting of it would have made it run away also. Thanks Byrna for a great non lethal solution. Jeff S.

Purchased two Byrna Non Lethal Weapons, both the HD, and the newer SD. Both guns are the same, but I like the trigger better on the SD I was impressed with the accuracy and feel of both guns. They are light and ergonomic. I purchased one for myself and one for my wife. Things are getting nutty out there and wanted her to have some sort of protection without her having to get a CCW.

Byrna represents their product accurately. I purchased the LE launcher and some accessories. The hip clip on holster didn’t work for me and they were wonderful about taking care of me. The launcher is really accurate. I put five rounds in the same hole in the target from about 25 feet. I don’t have any experience with the powder rounds so I can’t speak to that aspect. It shipping quickly and showed up in a nice case packaged well. I love it so far, I’m glad I found it.I look forward to buying more products from them.

UPS delivered my Byrna to the wrong address. Byrna customer service was alerted and immediately put in a replacement order while waiting to see if i could find my original order. Byrna’s prompt response gave me a wonderful feeling that someone there was looking after me and actually cared. Cudos to Byrna and Maria for coming to the rescue.

First ad I ever saw for Byrna launcher made me laugh. really? I tried to convince my son to buy a fire arm when he moved over 100 miles away. Nothing doing. I talked to him about LTL and did some digging. Byrna kept coming up to the top. alright. reluctantly bought one. Wow. very well made (IN THE USA) and powerful sucker.

Byrna has super great customer service. I recently purchased the large tent target and after shooting a couple of mags at a good 30ft, a couple of the pockets stitching started coming undone. It must have had a defective weak stitch. Byrna is sending me a replacement completely free of charge!!! Also the person I talked to was helpful and nice as always, I spoke to them through the message chat on their website. They are always very nice and have always helped me beyond my expectations. That really made me very happy because I love to shoot and I love Byrna and wanted the target to last so now I'll have one that will last thanks to their wonderful service!!! Thank you Byrna!!!

I was almost attacked from a gentleman that created a road rage incident. He got out of his vehicle with a metal pipe and thankfully I had my Byrna I didn’t have to use it, I did show it and pointed laser at him he saw that backed off from hitting me or other individuals.

I was in my room on the phone, when suddenly I could hear helicopters flying over our So California home, My Daughter came into my room really concerned because a police officer was at our front gate she said. So I went out to speak to him, and he had his AR-15 in its ready position. He informed me that there had been a hit-and-run accident up the canyon and that the fugitive had fled on foot because his car had stopped running just around the bend from our house. And the suspect was on foot somewhere in the neighborhood. I always have my Byrna in my pocket, so I began a sweep of my property looking to see if the suspect was hiding anywhere around our two-acre ranch. It was obvious to me, that our property was secure so I looked over the neighbor's fence, and there were two Sheriff deputies sweeping my neighbor's backyard. The officers saw my Byrna, and said to me, "Drop the Gun" I told them it was not a gun by an air gun a Byrna and the officers simply said OK, and instantly relaxed. I informed them my property was secure, and that the suspect was not anywhere on our property, and they continued on with their manhunt to the next property. Freeing the officers to continue their search down the canyon for the suspect. Sadly the individual on the motorcycle the fugitive hit died in the head-on collision between the suspect's car and the motorcyclist. But the officers did manage to catch the suspect several miles away down the canyon on foot, a couple of hours later. This is why I love this Byrna platform because it's NOT a firearm, it's a non-leather platform, that local law enforcement does not care if the general population carries for self-defense. I always carry my Bryna with me, to protect myself and our pets from predators, which we have many of on our ranch. Either 2 or 4 legged.
