First, I have to say Byrna as a company is Like no other! Yup like NO OTHER. You’d just have to find out yourself & see how you won’t get let down. Costumer service is crazy good, they’ll be right there step by step if you need help with anything. There isn’t any short cuts! Byrna cares a lot about their customer & our experience.

My chem rounds continue to break and spill out inside and all over the mag. I'm at the point that I will only use kinetic rounds. Such BS!

I had an issue with a pepper spray projectile that leaked and caused an immediate reaction. I was unable to remove all of the particles. I called customer service who advised me on how to proceed. I was in telephone, email, and detailed photos contact with Byrna. They were concerned for my safety and advised me on cleaning protocols as well as sending replacement of defective and damage components. I was very satisfied with the fast and thorough response provided me.

I love the product. I wanted something to protect my family but didn't feel comfortable with the possibility of taking someone's life, even if I knew I was justified in doing so. My LE is powerful and much more accurate than I expected. Great weight, balance and feel. I am very happy with my purchase!

I used the chat support portal to talk with Rachel about some issues I was having with accessing my Rewards points. While we were not able to resolve the website issue, she took the initiative to give me a phone number to call so I could redeem my points, and she referred my issue to the company's IT team. She did all of this without me having to ask her to do so. Also, she took me through all the steps which normally would have worked on the website - this helped her realize there was an issue that needed to be corrected. She was patient, receptive, and did all she could to assist me.

I have lots to say about the Byrna technologies. All great things! I actually just received my Byrna LE. Unfortunately there was an issue with it but Byrna stepped up and they are in the middle of making it right as I write this! I didn’t have to wait on hold forever or wait for a call back. I spoke with a live representative named Kayla that helped me greatly. I was actually unaware that Byrna would help me with the issues I was experiencing and she explained everything in detail so I could start the process of getting it fixed today! I have several friends with the Byrna Rifles and Pistols that absolutely love them. They have always spoke about the quality and reliability of their products so I know that my issue was rare. And like I said they stepped up and was willing to help! I will definitely be purchasing a lot more products from them and would suggest the same to anyone! Starting with one of their very cool rifles. I cannot wait! After a sudden death to someone very close to us my wife and I are all for less lethal ways to protect our family. So go Byrna!! And thanks so much for the help

Purchased the BYRNA and insisted a few friends make the same purchase as we were new to the area of coyotes and aggressive animals. After triple digit heat weather it wasn’t conducive to carrying in a thermal vest, or any other outerwear. Along comes the idea of the holster. Outside the waistband …no problem. The holster locks the BYRNA IN PLACE & it is adjustable for comfort levels of draw. I should have made the purchase WITH the BYRNA, but glad I finally “pulled the trigger” and made the right decision with the holster.

Maria was professional, patient, and she displayed an acute hands on knowledge of your product lines and their use. She explained all aspects and limitations of the LE model, and the various accessories that were available. I had a budget of $500 and I spent $1200+. She is as awesome as Byrna products and she represents the company with pride!!! She ROCKS!!!
