As careful as I am I ordered the wrong Non lethal . It was shipped so quickly. However GREAT customer service Put my mind at ease. They immediately e mailed a return shipping label and did not charge a re stocking Fee. This is the OLD SCHOOL way of Doing business America needs more companies like This.

This was my first contact with this company so I thought that perhaps contacting them via phone might ensure I was ordering the correct items. The person I spoke with (Christine) was great! She helped me ensure I was ordering the items I intended to order, created a new account for me, recorded all relevant information and answered all of my questions! I was hoping to be able to speak with someone that was both friendly and helpful and I really hit a home run with Christine. She was very professional but also answered my questions in a very friendly manner. I feel really lucky to have had her answer my call!!!

I spoke with Christine G. who did a great job of answering all my questions. I already had a positive opinion of Byrna, but after that call I'm even more impressed. I needed assistance with purchasing a Byrna launcher. Even though I did some research on line, I wanted to speak to someone for a better explanation. Well, I was very lucky to have reached Christine. Kayla answered my question almost immediately and provided the details that I needed to know. I was comparing the SDXL with the LE launcher. I already own two SDXLs (one orange and one black). They've worked perfectly. However, it's critical that you use the CO2 cartridges from Byrna. Cartridges from other vendors that I had on hand for a pellet revolver don't work with Byrna launchers. Buy the best from Byrna. I keep an SDXL in each car and want a 3rd for walking the dogs so I'm prepared for coyotes and bad guys. I'll be getting a LE soon. It is similar to the SDXLs but more powerful and with a better trigger system. I'm so happy with Byrna that I bought some of their stock as an investment. Surely this company is going places.

Would have been a 5 score since I couldn’t edit my original order to add items and save shipping but I have to give it a 4 just for the timely and courteous response from customer service. After all, it’s hardly their fault I wanted to buy more after the original order! LOL

These guys are great. Byrna gave me my 10% discount after I ordered my products. Looking forward to having this tool for fun recreation and to keep my wife and I safe while traveling the US.
