MY LE SHAT THE BED AFTER 15 ROUNDS. THE PROJECTILES ROLLED OUT THE BARREL AND BOUNCED ALL OVER THE GROUND. DEFECTIVE. MY CHAT WITH MARIA WAS USELESS. I'M NOT SURE SHE KNOWS HOW TO READ AS SHE WAS NOT ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS... OK. I WANTED A REPLACEMENT AND NOT A REPAIR. I DOUBT THE JOULE LEVEL IS AS POWERFUL AFTER REPAIR. BUT THEY HAVE MY MONEY SO BYRNA COULD CARE LESS. THIS IS A MOOT POINT SINCE I NO LONGER HAVE CONFIDENCE IN BYRNA. I MIGHT AS WELL BEEN CARRYING A PAPER WEIGHT. THE LE IS DEFECTIVE. BYRNA PUT MY SAFETY AT RISK. UNPREPARED TO DEFEND. THANKS BYRNA!

I have just received my two launchers plus extra pellets and both 8 and 12 gram gas charges. Both Launchers came in very well constructed and thought full cases. Will try the two launchers out when I receive the Target Tent. I also purchased the oiler kits which make maintenance easy. Great Company to deal with and the discounts were nice as well. Keep up the good job.

My Byrna LE has been unreliable. First, a pull of the trigger did not consistently cause the launcher to fire. Sometimes I would have to pull the trigger two three times to get to discharge. Secondly, following a discharge one or more projectiles would fall out of the barrel. Thirdly, the life of the CO2 cylinder is good for about 15 shots. Accordingly I have a confidence problem with the launcher since it is unreliable and may not serve me when needed. I returned the Byrna LE and I anticipate that they will repair the Launcher after thoroughly testing it, to assure proper operation, prior to returning it to me.

I purchased two LE Pistol Launchers and a supply of pepper balls and "max"balls. these projectiles are supposed to burst on impact and hinder an attacker. Neither the pepper balls nor the max balls burst when fires at a human at 15 to 20 feet. They are useless for self defense. The company has been unresponsive to inquiries to discuss.

I was unprepared for the force and sound of using the Launcher for the first time. The result: The look of the firearm is real, The sound of the firearm is real and the impact or force of the firearm is real! Using the kinetic round from 20 feet it penetrated drywall! This will do damage at close range if you choose to use the kinetic round.

My wife and I wanted to have a secondary defense item that was “non lethal.” After watching Glenn Beck promote the product on the Blaze we knew it was most likely going to be a positive and well made product. We were proven correct! And have made a handful of great purchases to go along with our Byrna Launcher LE. So far we have only had excellent experiences and even the one time we had to go through customer service about something; the company’s professionalism and candor throughout the process was exceptional. We are proud to be Byrna customers and highly encourage anyone to patronize their terrific products.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting the quality to be so high. BYRNA products are definitely high quality and I am for one very impressed. Thank you Byrna for filling that gap for protection.
