Rachel M answered all of my questions quickly and correctly. She then assisted me in confirming that I had registered for my warranty. There was no long wait between the bot and the actual representative. I’m very impressed with everything that I have experienced with this purchase so far. The sales person at Zack’s sports Inc. in Round Lake New York was extremely knowledgeable, and allowed me to handle and fire multiple times prior to my purchase.

I had an order that came in wrong. I was about to give up Byrna. I called and talked to Michelle, who started the process. It then was moved to Maria D. Who took the ball and ran with it. She then sent the correct order in a timely manner. I want to thank both Michelle and Maria D for all their help. Please keep customer service as number one and you will have a customer for life.

I was EXTREMELY impressed with how Rachel M handled my claim. I was blown away with how friendly, understanding, and helpful she was. We even shared a couple laughs on the phone too lol. This customer service experience with Byrna was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. Thank you Rachel!

Besides providing excellent products, my recent customer service experience was "non-pareil", without equal! The representative was courteous and expressed a personal interest in resolving my minor issue! She answered my questions satisfactorily and, the next day, sent a personal note to inquire if I had any other concerns! I was impressed with her polite follow-up and demeanor which is so rare in today's society!

Rachel helped me resolve an order issue that was shipped to a wrong address. I am not sure if I made a mistake or why that happened but the reason was never questioned. The address was corrected and I received my order.

BYRNA has the best products and customer service I've ever dealt with have been dealing with them for a few years now I got a few of their pistols and even when I'm hot under the collar about when one of them failed and I have warranty how to send it in it they had it fixed shipped and never lost their cool and kept me calm down their products are one of the most amazing products they ever I ever bought I was so glad that this guy thought of this idea I wish it was long ago he did but it is here now because now I can defend myself my family without feeling bad of killing someone that breaks into my house even though I'm not in the wrong I could defend them safely and get out safely and call the proper authorities thank God for this company has changed my life it's helped my anxiety of having a real gun and have to carry in that I still like to shoot my real gun don't get me wrong but this makes me feel so much commercial with the takedown power has and it feels just like a regular pistol the weight the feel everything so and they're all the products I've bought in I only had one issue with the target box ripping it they sent me a brand new one so like have no bad things to say about the company and that's my straight off and that's truth

I had issue with one of the products that came with the launcher.(7round Mag) After dealing with a robot that really wasn’t so helpful, I received a response from a human that was helpful. (Samantha D.) After a few trouble shooting emails back and forth, it was determined a replacement was necessary. There was no hassle. Any company that stands by their product is a company worth supporting.

We ordered this product because of the "reviews" from conservative commentators.....don't trust anyone!! We ordered a launcher in tan got black, we ordered an oiler kit, we received canister of oil, called customer service, couldn't find our order!! Sent order slip oh, found your order. We want to send it back because of initial "customer setvice" we knew dealing with this company would not be good, yup, we were right! Even though they got the order all wrong, we have to pay 10% restocking fee?! Buyer Beware! Shame on all the commentators that obviously have no personal knowledge!!

Good priced good quality item with even better customer service. Had some issue with online ordering that resulted in me getting no pepper ammo despite having originally selecting pepper ammo bundle (something to do with sponsor bundle v. Military discount) and when I contacted them that I didn’t get the package I had selected they were very responsive and were able to correct the issue. Great company.

My wife and I have guns but can be apprehensive of handling them or knowing we may need to use them with potential dire consequences. She commented how she would have little if no problem at all in using the Byrna LE! We got the holster too, it is surprisingly quick to get the launcher out.
