Byrna is the absolute best when it comes to less lethal . I am very satisfied with their products and customer service I never have had a bad experience . These products work great and they are reliable and keep me protected and ready to defend myself at all times .

My experience with Byrna has been a good one. I was concerned when first reading some other reviews about bad customer support experiences but I'm glad that I didn't let that hold me back. My senior father-in-law really wanted to buy this brand/product as a birthday gift my husband. I agreed to help him make the purchase even though I was leary after reading some negative reviews. The product arrived within a reasonable time frame and we were excited to try them out. Although we skimmed the instructions, we ended up missing the important part about the c02 not being punctured until you pull the trigger the first time. So my husband tightened it with the tool connected to the mag and stripped it. We tried it again, and cracked another one. In disappointment, I sent an email to their customer support and got an informative response from @Rachel. She kindly explained how Byrnas patented technology is different from other products so that's why we were experiencing difficulties. *Palm to face* 🤦‍♀️ After an exchange of emails she kindly is sending a replacement part for the ones we broke and was more than kind and helpful in resolving this issue. I'm so thankful that Rachel was there and quick to answer my questions. She turned my experience and opinion around with Byrna. We are satisfied with our purchase now and grateful for Rachel!!

Did autochat with Byrna with some question on May 2 late afternoon. When I tried to call it was after business hours. Unexpectedly, someone (I can't recall her name) called back Friday morning and took my order. She was very helpful and I managed to put my order in without difficulty....BUT...I forgot to mention my 10% discount code I had in an email. I called back on May 6 to see if I could still apply it and Maria D. took my info and within an hour I received an email telling me the 10% discount was applied. I am very pleased with the customer service

I had an issue with a purchase I made at Byrna. The representative who assisted me guided me through the process of returning the items I purchased erroneously. I appreciate this because I have been burned by other on line vendors return policies. The representative was well informed, courteous, and displayed an actual willingness and enthusiasm to help me with my problem. Thank you Byrna customer service!

Compliments to the customer service department, Maria in particular. An item had been left out of my order and she promptly handled it. However, when I received the wrong item I had to contact her for the second time. She apologized and once again quickly helped me. She was polite and professional with her service.

Monday evening the byrna sd was the tool for the job! Lately here in dayton ohio crime is running wild due to the lefts bond reform and strick policies that work against the boys in blue. The last few years have been almost un real howuch crime we have had in our apartment community. Quiet community with mostly students in constant fear that their property and selves are in constant danger because we are right on the edge of dayton. They are not wrong we have had dozens of cars and storages broken into around 25 cars stolen from other places dumped in our lot. Residents being harrased for cigarettes coffee or other hand outs and Close to 100 reports of vagrants high and passed out in common areas. They don't just sleep in halls they destroy property carpets hand rails ect. Our basements and shops broken into multiple times. Every time we call local police and every time nothing is done. We have even had video evidence the cops refused to process as they felt it to be a waste of their time thanks to bond reform.I have been a maintenance tech here for a while and live on property. Late Monday night. I came across a vagrant that we have had many complaints about specifically in which police were called and did nothing not even a follow up and naturally asked him to leave the property and idenfied myself and job title here. He was Belligerent I assume from narcotics based on his eyes. This was the second encounter with this individual that day around lunch time my coworker chased him off. Anyway he starts talking a bunch of crap and walking towards the front of the property with me just a few steps behind. After about 25 yards he stops turns and lunges toward me and reaches for his pocket. I'm happy to say this point I reached for my byrna sd and put three byrna max rounds extremely accurately into his sternum and I did not have to find out what was in his pocket he ran off screaming choking and puking I doubt he will return. Thank you byrna on behalf of my residents and me we appreciate the safety you provided with out lethal force!

Maria was very helpful and patient. When I was unable to make the promo discount apply to my on line order she took the time to take my order over the phone. She also advised me of some product details that I did not see on the website. When I provided some feedback about product specifications I saw on the Glenn Beck promo page that did not match the product specifications for the SD launcher device on the generic Byrna website she said she appreciated the observation and would pass that information along to others in your company. My call today was a very pleasant change from what is typically a frustrating customer service experience with most other businesses. Maria definitely puts the service in customer service. I attempted to submit my review and have to sign up Trustpilot, (whatever that is), to submit my review. This make the whole process of submitting a review revert back to the typical nonsense that accompanies most on line interactions. If I didn't want to provide a positive review for exceptional service, I would have just stopped the whole process at this point.

Contacted their customer support multiple times to help with an order and the 10% discount. What a waste of time, not helpful at all, kept leading me around in circles with no success. Not super happy with my experience so far, hopefully the product will be decent.

I have just received a new gun and followed the instructions and tried to practice shooting the practice balls. I was not impressed with the operation of the Byrna. The first shot exited fine but it wouldn’t shoot the next four projectiles without me removing and reinserting the magazine for each shot. The CO2 cartridge emptied after two 5 shot magazines. But I had a similar problem with the second loaded magazine. If I have to fire off multiple shots it doesn’t make sense that I would have to remove and reinsert each magazine after the first trigger pull. The site says to get a mailer to send the product back for servicing but it doesn’t recognize the order number. Not happy about their service or product. Note: initial order wasn’t complete and had to contact them and send pictures of what was sent and they said would resend missing item. I am not impressed with their product(s) or service. Still waiting on getting a shipping label to return item. If they can’t send me a tested and working model they should not send them out.

Not a gun person. In fact I am anti gun, so this makes me feel better when getting a defense unit. Mostly for pig deterrence. However this shall be a solid item to learn GUN SAFETY. Thank you to agent, very knowledgeable! Shall purchase and refer others once I’ve gotten the feel of it. Mahalo

I placed an order with Byrna and two days later a limited time promo for 10% off was announced. I contacted Byrna through their chat facility asking if the discount could be applied to the order I had just placed and within a couple of minutes it was done. Thank you William H! This was my first experience with Byrna Customer Service and I'm impressed. The process couldn't have been easier. I'm using the savings realized to purchase additional products from Byrna.

Bought SD. Fired 1 round, safety froze, would not engage. Called customer service, told me to send it back, they would email me a UPS label. I explained I'm disabled in a wheelchair, don't drive, would have to pay for UPS pick-up or pay for transport to UPS drop-off location. I asked if they could send a USPS return label, will P.U. pick up for free. Answer was a stern..."NO". I replied, "Well, I guess I'm screwed again". Answer..."Sorry for the inconvenience". Apparently, these are not tested to be in working order before they are sold. **3/21/24 Byrna replied with nonsense regarding the safety...slight pressure, my hands are strong enough to crush soda cans, the safety will not budge. Here's their reply: Will H. (Byrna) Mar 21, 2024, 10:35 AM EDT Hello, Due to the way our safety system works, switching from "fire" to "safe" mode after firing the launcher under pressure will require slightly more force to accomplish than any other time. This is because the safety system is engaging mechanically inside the launcher. This is completely normal, and is observable in all our launchers. You may be able to have your shipment picked up from your home or office by scheduling your pickup by calling (1-800-742-5877). Keep in mind, you can always hand off a pre-labeled package to your UPS driver when they’re delivering to your home or a nearby location. Thank you for your support and interest. Have a great day and be Prepared to Defend! _______________________________________________ **They gave me a phone # to UPS that I can acquire myself so they can P.U. return, THEY CHARGE FOR P.U... The alternative is that I chase down a UPS truck...which I would have to do in my wheelchair? RIDICULES! I have physical disabilities, I'm not stupid. 2 stars went to 1 star.

Make sure that you follow the manufacturers storing instructions for the Mission 4 rifle. It is different than the pistol. Incorrect storage will result in drainage of the CO2 cartridge.
