Had given up on getting a replacement butt stock for my Mission 4 and out of the blue they replaced it at no charge. Thank you Byrna. I’ll remain a loyal customer as you guy’s stepped it up for me.

This company has to have the worst customer service ever. I have spent so much money with them and I have talked a lot of friends and family into spending money with them. Unfortunately I received a defective gun and I've been trying to get them to help me for over a year. They refuse and keep lying to me. Not only that but I go on to the chat room and they basically make fun of me and speak in a passive aggressive tone. It always ends with me telling them how unsatisfied I am and then they reply with, "Sounds good, be safe." It's awful and after spending over $1,000 right now have a self-defense weapon that doesn't do what it's supposed to...

Ordered a Byrna SD and paid $50 for 2 day shipping. It was returned to them by the shipper after they forgot to put a “Hazardous Materials” sticker on it. Asked for a refund of the $50. Not only did they refuse but changed their story to “The $50 is for hazardous shipping” Bad customer service.

I Placed an order that was sent with missing items. E mailed them and they claim they were shipped ! so just like that ! so they have a thief on the warehouse and the customer service is their relative SO be cautious !

As you can see the price is not cheap. So you expect a company with a well tested safe product. Got the gun and all the add-on's worked great until I had one of the pepper balls break in the Magazines. It seemed to only have a little crack in the ball. Wow is that stuff potent. I have tried to wash my gun - clean my gun 2 months later still get a burning sensation from residue. Contacted Byrna never got a response. I have around $600.00 in this thing. I think this should be taken off the Market

This is the most ignorant company I have come across plus the Byrna does not produce the highest FPS there are much better products out there ain’t worth it I was gonna buy it but unless it comes down in price You can get a better product for much Less

First of all delivery time is very long. Second of all I watched a demonstration and the gun failed so many times that I have requested a refund. I have not received any response from them and they only way they can be contacted is by email and they don’t get back to me. I do not like the way this company does business.

Made an order was told and web site stated would ship in one week , Checked last week with them was told would ship a week from order date , now being told 14 to 18 days BEFORE shipping because thier sales are too good ?? Customer service is polite but placting and seem to have no shame in simply saying too bad , very poor service , very poor business practice , dont trust this company to live up to thier commitments

I was excited for the product as it had some good reviews. The first issue we had was that it took over two months to get it and yet the billed my credit card immediately and not when it was shipped. When we got the product we only got part of the shipment. The launchers quality was not good. There were big gaps where the clip went in and overall just seemed cheap. When we shot the launcher it was pretty accurate and had a lot of power which was good. The problem was that it would only fire about every third pull of the trigger. We then had two of the tear gas pellets just come apart in the clip and both my wife and I got tear gassed. That was the final straw so I requested and got an RMA and shipped the product back. They sent me an email saying they were refunding most of my money but the problem is that it never showed up on my credit card statement. I am now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Bottom line is I would wait a couple of years before buying and see if quality gets better.
