I still have not heard from management or cooperate after calling to talk about the issue of the table order taking months longer then was told. Really not sure how you sell products that you don’t have. My dining room set was ordered back in July and was told middle of August. Now we are looking at middle of October. But who knows when what’s true with this company. And it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone to dig into this!!!

I love the way they provide customer service. Special shout out to Vince the sales person from Troy location. He is one of the best sales person I have ever come across. He is honest and informative and know what he do.

I was in and out in a matter of minutes really good sales person quick and quality service.

The sales guys explained the differences between the 2 sets of furniture that we were looking at clearly. Next day delivery went smooth as could be. The only real negative is the Love seat is on back order for a few weeks.

Overall customer service after my purchase was HORRIBLE!!! The manager on duty at the store on Saturday September 14, 2019 he was a short bald black guy was unprofessional, standoffish and appeared uninterested in my concerns I will NEVER shop at Gardner White again.

Wasnt happy about having to put the furniture together.. it didn't state that u till after I bought it! Then I couldn't click I on the link it didnt allow me to. I kept emailing the web service they just kept giving me the tracking number. Then one of the latches were broken.

our sales person Jordan, was very helpful and knowledgeable. i did experience issues with our used furniture not being picked up as planned by the salvation army, so at this time, i have two sets of furniture in my house, probably for the entire weekend. disappointed in the lack of follow through with the arranged pickup of my used sectional.
