And I am still waiting for a call from the manager at the store where I purchased my couches from. And if they don’t call me back I’m going to drop my couches off to them at the front door of the store and then they can deal with it.! Never again. Save your time, money, and headaches from the Taylor Michigan location!!

United States | 13 September 2019I purchased 2 new sofas at over $2000. One had a defect and when it couldn't be repaired a new one was ordered. I made numerous calls and just kept getting the run around. After 3 months of waiting I finally made the trip to the store to have an in person conversation. I was told my sofa would be delivered the next morning. I took the day off work and waited all day and it never showed. When I called, I was told there was a 'glitch' and my sofa would not be delivered. I was furious and was finally told it would be delivered that evening, which it was. I will never shop at Gardner White again.

United States | 13 September 2019My husband and I recently purchased the Juno leather living room set from the Ann Arbor, MI store. What a great purchasing experience! Usually when you walk into a furniture store the sales people are all over you and pushy. We were approached by a salesperson, Franchesque, but she wasn't overbearing. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us a few options but then left us alone for a bit to make our decision--we sought her out when we were ready. She was super helpful and friendly as well. Even though the loveseat we purchased was backordered, we had a smooth delivery of the items that were in stock and they didn't forget to bring the extra accessories we ordered. They came within the window they gave us. The delivery people were very friendly and efficient and went out of their way to protect our doorway before attempting to bring the furniture in the house. We absolutely love the living room set. The quality is awesome and it far surpasses our expectations. We will definitely be going back to Gardner White for future furniture needs. Our salesperson sent a handwritten thank you and followed up with a phone call to make sure delivery went smoothly.

United States | 13 September 2019To future furniture purchasers please take this moment to read this Gardiner White is truly a family story they really care about their customers, they treat you like family they make sure you walk out of the store happy it’s not about how much they can sell it’s about how happy you are with your purchase and if you have a problem with your purchase or you changed your mind they will work with you to make sure that you are happy they do not give you 5 million excuses why you cannot return things they say let us help you find what you want for example if you are looking for a mattress they will make sure that your pressure points are in line they do not use the machine they have you lay there and get the feel for it I was looking at the highest price mattresses and to them it wasn’t about how much my mattress Was it was about my comfort so I ended up sending less than the one I picked out because it was a perfect fit for my body seriously where would you find service like that in a furniture store (No where) Thank you Gardner White for truly caring about your customers and treating me like family

United States | 12 September 2019Being able to reach a customer service representative is almost impossible. I had to make multiple trips to the store to speak with some one. My order was incorrect at delivery, also. The quality of the furniture is excellent, however! Very pleased with that.
