I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. For the first time in 10 years my delivery experience was a night mare. We needed later on Sunday and paperwork said 4-10 p.m It arrived about 10:30 pm but there was no mattress on the truck!!! Really who does that? No way to call anyone last night. We bought a bed, mattress and an end table. I need a call today to fix this. Sadly this is the first time I would not give 4-5 stars.

Same day delivery, on a Sunday!I had a call from the site my furniture was coming from that the mirror to my dresser was out of stock ...was that ok and tgey already had a date of deluvery for the item only a week later...Absolutely😄My items were delivered as promised within the 3hour limit, delivery was smooth, quick and the gentlemen were very pleasant and efficient. Thankyou, I slept amazing ing my new bed💞

Steven Fisher is to customer service what Claude monet was to abstract art. A true master of his craft. Steve was able to help my Mom select the perfect mattress for her. I now have bought two mattresses from Steve and will continue shopping at Gardner-White Furniture!!!

Didn't tell me how much my mattress .for the queen size bed was.she just added up this enromous price not once but twice.and I was under the impression I was.toget t v gift card or a frame for the bed they said they took money off but not tome !!!!!!

My order was missing equipment to put the beds together. One bed has a dent in the side and chipping paint in many spots. The chest and dresser also have paint chips that need to be touched up. My queen size mattress was delivered to another customer. My other order (Gary Leathorn) coming to the same address was all extremely damaged. I am disappointed in this entire experience.

I was happy with the customer service, although I wish I was able to have seen the product in person. Unfortunately it was online only. But a sales rep made that clear and explained it to me well. And also helped me with finding a desk that would work. The delivery was a smooth process and I’m entirely satisfied!

The guys who brought the furniture in the house were roughing around the furniture. They set the open and plain adjustable base on the ground and hit walls in between taking it up the stairs into the room. They were careless to say the least. Also, one guy picked up the queen size expensive mattress by himself, instead of carefully with the other guy, thus tearing holes in the plastic wrapping when we were not ready to open it because they damaged adjustable base and it needed to be returned and we had nothing to set the mattress on. UPDATE: The second time around was a much better experience.

From the beginning a very pleasant experience. Sales person Luann demonstrated several chairs for us, no pressure. Delivered on Sunday within time frame. Driver Mark placed chair exactly as we requested, personable & professional.

Rather sad to give this rating. Have furniture purchased previously, that I'm happy with. However, due to Gardner-White's lack of communication over issues with delivery, I feel it's deserved. Phone calls and email; no answer. Nightstand that was damaged "in transit" to home was delivered the next day, however, the bed was missing parts. Radio silence from them regarding handling of this. Inconvenienced for delivery, twice, and no clear answer as to what will happen with parts needed. Will be looking at other places to furnish several other rooms in home.

Lincoln at Gardner White in Brighton was very knowledgeable and helpful in the mattress area. He provided so much insight and assistance that made my experience enjoyable and comfortable.

Delivered on time and delivery guys were quick, polite, and professional. We should sleep much better tonight.
