Was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone, starting with Salim Ahmen - Sales Manager, and ending with the two men that delivered and set up the box springs and mattress today - after just making the purchase yesterday. Have made significant purchases from Gardner White in the past and they continue to be my first choice for products they carry.

Ordered a nice bed and mattress for my daughter. Spent $1320 and when the bed was delivered, a couple spots on the headboard looked “dinged” and as if someone put whiteout over the dinged parts and I was furious. My husband, not so much. When they brought the bed out and off the delivery truck, they were bringing it in, in pieces. Where’s the actual box? And is that the reason my stuff looks messed up???? I’m pretty sure I stated upon purchasing that we were putting the bed together ourselves due to the room not being complete... All offense, I paid a lot for something that I believe isn’t as nice as the model we looked at on the showroom floor. Definitely will not be a returning customer.

We r super happy. Ty from the nice gentleman that sold us the couch. He sure had alot of patience while we made up our mind. And Mike and Joe who delivered my couch. It was really hard to get it n my front door. They worked so hard and I sure appreciate their hard word. They were the nicest young men. So polite and really worked hard for me and cleaned up every piece of paper left over from furniture. Ty to all. I only come to u guys when I need furniture. I don't think I have ever shopped art van. U guys keep us happy. GOD BLESS ALL OF U FOLKS

I never shopped at Gardner White before. The whole experience went seamless! The delivery guys, Mike and Joe, were awesome!! They even went a step further for me and took my old furniture to the curb! Thank you!

The rep did make attempt to help me utilize my fortiva account. That would’ve been real helpful. Apparently gardener-White doesn’t communicate with them electronically though. It was ok. I came prepared to make my purchase and that’s what I did.

I didn’t get the delivery on time, Supposed to get the same on Tuesday (20Aug2019). Got the delivery on Friday, after couple of follow ups. Still I have n’t received my mattress foundation, which was supposed to get on Tuesday.

My experience was great all the way thru the process. My sales person ( Sam Kennedy) was awesome. Answered all of our questions, gave us good information and allowed us to make a decision that was best for us. The 1st mattress delivered to my house was not correct but they fixed the problem quickly and delivered the correct mattress the next day. No problems just good customer support. Thanks

My husband has Parkinson's! Looking for a mattress was a stressful experience. After an exhausting search for a firm mattress, we agreed to try Gardner White as a last resort. Silly me we should have tried Gardner White first!! The sales team of Sean and Jim were awesome! Jim was patient with us trying just about every firm mattress on the floor. Giving us the pro and cons of each mattress for a person with Parkinson. We were lucky enough to come in for their Labor Day Weekend Sale. Thank You, Jim. The Mattress was delivered at the time we were told. Joe and Mike Williams were fantastic and went out of their way to make sure everything was just the way we wanted. Nice guys. We give them an A++. The sales people are great. Unfortunately, we bought a living room set, dining set and a bedroom set all had a problem. The dining room table missing the bench and two of the four chairs need to be swapped out. The couch is not even across the back and the side panel is not attached. The box spring for the bed looks like it was dragged on the pavement. We are still in process of getting all of these things fixed or swapped 12 days after delivery. The box spring they won't do anything about because it is outside of seven days. Despite my wife calling the day after the delivery and being told she would need to talk to the sales person who was on vacation. I spoke with management today and they basically called my wife a liar even though they had someone out to look at the chairs which was part of the same phone call. To top it all off I was given a price to purchase a new box spring and was hung up on (admittedly after swearing) but far from incorrigible. When I called back I sat on hold for 10 minutes. I called back again and spoke to another manager and was quoted double the price the original manager quoted for a new box spring. I offered to pay the first price to be done with this that request was denied. Good Luck! I now know why they offer you to purchase insurance on your furniture upon check out. I thought it was odd to pay 10% for insurance on furniture. Apparently I was wrong when buying from Gardner White. Ironically I still need to buy a ton of furniture since we moved into a much larger house. They had that business when I left the store and still had it if they handled this reasonably. I give up. Steve you never called. I called you and left a voicemail with my number. No response. We have two ripped chairs and a torn box spring. Over a month later and so much of my time wasted.

This is not a review of the delivery driver or the work of the staff because they have been amazing. Our delivery staff received a box of incomplete materials which left my husband and I with an incomplete bed. This is entirely unacceptable and a huge inconvenience for us because we scheduled our day around this delivery and now have to schedule our Sunday around another delivery. I strongly want to be compensated or receive a discount for this error because as a long time customer of Gardner-White, I except better. This is truly disappointing.

Delivery came with a broken dresser draw. The wrong slats to hold up the queen size bed and no cleaning kit was left that was promised when I purchased furniture. I have tried calling and all I get is a recording. I have been waiting hours for service.

The sales consultant who helped me was able to find the exact couch I wanted within my price range. She was also very kind and went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome while we were in the store. Overall, I was very impressed.
