Great service

I bought a sofa from this company, which I waited three months to receive! I bought it in good faith after trying the same style of sofa in their showroom. I have now been battling for two years for them to check the sofa that I have bought at as it is nothing like the one I tried in the showroom. It is unbelievably uncomfortable and it actually hurt my back! None of my friends can sit on it as it is so uncomfortable. They refuse to do anything about it unless I pay for somebody to come out and take a look at it as a cost of £80 plus vat. This is a disgrace considering how much the sofa cost and how long I have to wait for it! I would say stay well clear of this company after the experience I have had with them! Well, seeing their reply to my request for an inspection of the sofa, everyone can see that they’re just trying to get more money out of me! One of the things they told me is they have different manufacturers for the couches so I guess you have to be lucky to get the same one who made showroom model! How incredibly unprofessional! Clearly, the manufacturer who made my couch did a really bad job and darlings of Chelsea are not willing to make an inspection at their own cost and time to find out what is happening! You would’ve thought a reputable company would’ve wanted to know themselves if there is a problem with a manufacturing! The stuffing in my sofa is completely different to the one in the showroom! It’s very simple, but they are not willing to take responsibility.

Longer lead time than expected but I was kept up to date at all times so not a huge problem! Very friendly and efficient staff both in the shop in Solihull and also delivery.

Friendly and helpful service at point of sale and helpful updates from then until delivery and assembly, which was also very efficient

Darlings of Chelsea has very helpful staff. The sofa selection is vast, and our selection is supportive and deep and comfortable - it transforms my 'sitting on the sofa' experience. as well as my front room because the Clampham Grand sofa' is GORGEOUS.

This is such a fabulous place to buy sofas and beds. All the staff are polite friendly and courteous. Sharif was outstanding. So thoughtful and helpful with the whole process. Quality looks v good . U havnt received my things yet - but am sure they will arrive when specified. So thank you Sharif for all your help !

No dramas Very straight forward process

Travelled quite a bit visit the showroom as the nearest was Birmingham. Staff were brilliant offered me a coffee and the use of the toilet facilities. They listened and recommended can not fault the service that they gave me

The order we placed was on time the quality of our order was excellent and the delivery communication was excellent and well delivered efficiently.

Esmee was excellent she did exactly what I wanted her to do we have a bit more business to do however if and when I want anything else she will be the first I will contact I am very happy with both my sofas and strongly recommend your help and products

Delivery messed up. Took day off. Poor communication

I was so excited to have this sofa bed. Colour is pretty but I am finding it quite hard (it’s not soft or comfortable to sit) I am hoping it will get softer with sitting more on it but I am doubtful.
