Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery

I have taken delivery of a Weymouth love seat sofa bed. The delivery team were good but struggled to get the sofa bed through the front door resorting to dismantling the bed mechanism to do so. I chose the Weymouth because it was the smallest I could find on the market with a 128cm width, checking with the Birmingham showroom it would fit through my doors before ordering. The only way I will get it out again is if I remove the bed section, it looks massive so when the delivery team left I measured the width it’s 134cm, 6cm wider than the website measurements. I called the Birmingham show room and no surprise their Weymouth Love Seat sofa bed is also 134cm wide. It is made clear the customer is responsible for ensuring the size will go into their home, difficult when the website measurements are wrong. The showroom then mentioned tolerance levels, well in my case the 6cm is a lot the sofa bed looks like a two seater sofa with one long cushion but a single bed mattress, not attractive and very uncomfortable. I am so disappointed I would not have bought it if I thought it wouldn’t be true to size . The delivery people said if it had removable arms it would have fitted better but this was not offered when I ordered over the phone. I have sent an email to Darlings of Chelsea’s head office. 15/03/23 Further to my initial review no one's got in contact I have therefore decided to return the sofa bed and started the process off with the Birmingham showroom. I will not doubt be out of pocket. 16/03/23 I have been contacted and the issue with the sofa bed is going to be resolved with a full refund, I am very relieved. Thank you Darlings of Chelsea.

Great sofa when it eventually arrived. The 6-8 week delivery period advertised was misleading in my case and I only found out about delays after calling the store myself. Quality of product and delivery team - superb!

We wanted a British made quality corner sofa to replace our original top quality 1981 suite. This had to be compatible with a stunning Persian carpet which had a black background. The Parsons Green store had a fantastic range to choose from. We looked at these on line first but felt we must try before buying. The staff were helpful but not pushy. Very professional and we felt well informed after our visit. We are delighted with our choice. It is perfect and so comfortable.Thank you Darlings of Chelsea. Delivery was excellent, on time and flexible. Highly recommended.

Love my sofa! Also really appreciated the attitude of the men who delivered it. They were quick, polite and efficient. Removed all packaging.

Absolutely no communication on the delay of our couch by two months and when they did, they moved the delivery date three times in one week. They promised to deliver the couch first thing on Monday morning, but when they instead delivered it at 8pm in the evening, told us they just felt like delivering it late because it suited them more. Horrible company to deal with. Will never buy from them again. Useless.

The delivery team were great clean careful and efficient. Taking off their shoes indoors and taking away any packaging. The sofa is a great colour and fits our space perfectly.

Sonia was brilliant from the first phone call. She gave excellent advice. The sofa arrived as scheduled and is absolutely beautiful. Our house is full of Darlings sofas and we’ve never been disappointed. Excellent service and excellent quality.

You delivered on time and the whole process was easy from selecting furniture in the showroom to delivery.

All contact with sales at the local Ash store and when making payments via London store seamless, efficient and personable. The delivery guys also were a credit to their company. You would never have known we were their last drop of the day!

Being able to sit and try out out the sofas in the showroom is a real benefit

I had my sofa delivered and assembled. Within hours I emailed the company to ask what I can do about a sagging seat. I havent heard anything back from my 2 emails.
