Had the product we wanted, felt the price was competitive, great communication throughout including about the slight delay in delivery. Product arrived in excellent condition

Have only had sofa for a few weeks, so time will tell about quality etc but having been seriously let down by another company I found Darlings on the net with a store local to me. Great help choosing and discussing fabric, wear & tear etc. Ordered with delivery guaranteed before Christmas. Two great delivery chaps, very courteous and examined sofa before they left. Very comfy.

I bought a sofa from Darlings of Chelsea. and I never been so disgusted with the after sale service.the sofa cost almost £4,000.00 which we paid cash for and it is the biggest load of rubbish! so much for the crushed velvet being hard wearing. After almost six months I called to tell them that the arms had all gone smooth they sent a person from the insurance. (for which I paid extra for) only to be told I did not have a claim it is normal where and tear. Bearing in mined I am disabled and my Husband is 82yrs so we are not exactly jumping up and down on the sofa. In my opinion NEVER purchase a sofa from Darlings of Chelsea.

The most expensive and uncomfortable sofa I ve never bought. What you see in the showroom is not what you will receive. Customer service can only tell you that it takes time to became comfortable as in the shop. Never again

Excellent product and Excellent Service.

Please think twice about using Darlings of Chelsea. We ordered a sofa via the website and luckily enough we ordered samples at same time. Fabric was not true to pictures on site (Very different so be careful). After many weeks we finally found the right fabric and was told the sofa would arrive before Christmas. After a 10 days we were updated that the fabric was out of stock and expected stock was available first week of December so we wouldn't receive sofa before Christmas. We agreed to continue we expected delivery to be mid Jan 2023. After hearing nothing from Darlings of Chelsea I decided to chase on the 9th January 2023 about the sofa (£10k sofa). Spoke to a nice chap early am who said I would hear from them by end of play. Nothing! I received an email this am (10th Jan) stating the fabric was damaged and offering me a far cheaper fabric instead, the replacement fabric looks to have a completely different texture to the original order with just a sorry for the inconvenience email! 1. I don't believe for a second this information wasn't available previously and typical UK mentality over the month of December to just turn off 2. We have now got to start again with another company! wait for sofa's isn't short! 3. the customer has to chase for information all the time!

Delivered earlier than expected. Was most useful to see the design and fabrics in Hertford shop before ordering. Sofa was just what we wanted and worked well in the space we had for it. Delivery guys brought it up two flights of stairs and showed how it worked. They also delivered it early in the day as requested. Sofa is well made to a high standard. Good to be dealing with such a class company.

Terrible quality sofas and staff not helpful. I asked for a foam filled sofa that didn't need plumping, assured by Bruno at Guildford showroom it wouldn't need plumping and it's awful. Foam/ fibre is lumpy, the fillings don't fill the covers, the fabric of the sofa has gone bobbly after 8 months of use. The sofa legs were different colours on arrival also. Customer service tell me to take my frustrations out on the sofa and plump it. Lyndsey Chapman at customer services won't help anymore and doesn't want to understand my point of view so has referred me to a sofa ombudsman, I'm shocked!! Terrible products and shocking customer service. I'm stuck with 3 very expensive sofa's that look absolutely awful after 8 months use!

Great service at the Ash Vale showroom with helpful and patient advisors. We wanted a sofa bed that was comfortable as a firm sofa, and in an interesting colour, and found exactly that. Production and delivery was faster than indicated, even in the run up to Christmas.

Ok - this may be an odd review as I was unfortunate to get a faulty sofa (which can happen anywhere), but to my mind though the mark of great customer service is not being great when things go well.. that’s the easy bit… Julie in customer service was excellent- kept us informed and helped us reach a happy resolution

If Muhammad is representative of all Darlings staff members they are superb. Helpful, professional and kept me up to speed on the progress of my order. Material range great and samples freely available. Even the delivery guys were excellent. Could not fault this company. Highly recommended.
