When I found out and told them, they refused to give a refund as I had to make a claim within 5 business days according to ther policy and when requesting to talk with their manager, they would say that they are not allowed to put us in contact with them as it is against company policy. They also leak your personal information to third parties despite their privacy policy saying otherwise. Screw these bastards and I hope they all go to hell!
