Australia | 17 March 2025Your sales agents, like Joshua, are like dishonest car mechanics... creating false issues just to push unnecessary upgrades. He claimed that my hosting was exceeding resources, even though I only use it for emails and my website is hosted with another provider. Your sales agent is a total liar. After checking with your tech agent, I found out there was no real resource issue in my cPanel. Instead, it was your server having problems. Yet, I was falsely targeted as if I was the one exceeding limits. This kind of deceptive practice is unacceptable. Stop misleading your customers

New Zealand | 16 March 2025Their prices for their domain backorder service is great and it worked well to reclaim a domain I had accidentally forgotten to renew, although they do fall somewhat into the same group as registrars like Go Daddy where they give a really cheap deal for the first year and then substantially increase it on renewal. One way they do this is by automatically adding on upgrades which are either nice-to-haves or just free on other services. I later went to transfer the domain out and the reason for the 4 stars is that the transfer code didn't work off the site and I had to contact the support on live chat who generated a new code. The support was available and responsive though, so no complaints on that.
