My experience with Roger was one of the best I have had in that he calmly, patiently and very politely took me through various issues I had with my account, and then my website. He was efficient and really new his stuff, which really does take the stress out of ones busy life. Thank you!

John was extremely helpful and saved me money. I had already registered the business name and needed hosting. It came with Linux, but it was more than I needed at this stage. We came to a solution for hosting, he stayed online whilst I received emails to activate everything & make payment. He also gave me his number for future reference or troubleshooting. Great job

Amal Anto was great - excellent support

I paid $26 NZD for a domain, only to find out I have to pay ANOTHER $26 for a yearly subscription for their "Premium DNS" to add a TXT (for Shopify verification). This is a free feature on EVERY OTHER domain provider. THIS IS SCUMMY BUSINESS TACTIC. Save your time, don't support these SCAMMERS Edit: look at the response lol, even defending their scummy practice. If I could unwind the clock I would never give this company my money, don't make the same mistake I did.

A few times a year they stuff up something on their server and when you contact them it will take you hours to convince the level 1 service techs to stop blaming you and telling you you need a Web developer to solve your problem. If you're lucky you get to the next level and it gets solved. It's frustrating, time consuming and you need to make sure not to auto update anything or they'll use it to blame you. Also don't use cloudflare, otherwise they'll blame them too.

I am not a technically minded and upgrades in Outlook and migration of data left me totally lost and frustrated since my technical person was away and I needed access to my files, password changes, e-mails, iPhone connectivity etc.... The technical support team helped me several times since updates had to be completed before moving to the next steps are taken. They were very patient and calmly connected all I needed.
