Israel | 02 February 2025After using their service, I noticed that 3 weeks had passed and I still hadn't received any update from them regarding a package sent to the UK. When I contacted them on WhatsApp, I had to explain from the beginning each time that the package I ordered hadn't arrived, and I had to repeatedly explain that I didn't have a tracking number, even though they had told me they would provide one. The inquiries with them were very exhausting, and eventually, they sent me a message saying the package was lost and they were giving me credit on their website for the cost of the package - $203, without bothering to offer me a full refund. I am still waiting for their update on the matter. In conclusion, I find it hard to believe I will use their service again.

What you have to understand is that they have to open your packages before forwarding. So if you have something special in a special package, what can’t be opened and resealed without damage, than try to find other solution. Otherwise, again, it’s a great company and a great service!

United Kingdom | 31 January 2025MyUS provides a consistently good service in receiving goods that have been shipped and then forwarding those items on. Orders that are delivered to them go through the process quickly and appear in the suite in a timely manner. I have requested that my packages be held until I request they be shipped. I have found the time between the shipping request and the items being dispatched is reasonable (1-2 business days). The shipment has been packed well; care has been taken to ensure the contents are received in excellent condition. There is a challenge with courier delivery - THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SERVICE MYUS PROVIDES. Despite paying for expedited service, items often take 2-3 days more than indicated on the courier advice so this should be taken into consideration if ordering/shipping something required by a specific time.
