United Kingdom | 15 February 2025Fast efficient service! The drum on our 15 year old Siemens washing machine was not rotating. I used the online portal to arrange a visit on Monday. Engineer arrived and identified the fault. He ordered this on site and by the time he left I received a text message to say the part was in stock. Rescheduled a return visit at which the part was fitted. The engineer was pleasant and courteous throughout showing me the original faulty part and it's replacement. He left the place clean and tidy. Washing machine works perfectly. Many thanks Glotech!

United Kingdom | 14 February 2025I had used this company many years ago and called them when our dishwasher started leaking. The visit was booked for the following morning. I received a text telling me the engineer was coming in the afternoon 12-6.00, so I changed my plans. I was out and my son called telling me they'd arrived, 30 minutes before the appointed window started. I rushed back and they'd apparently finished their inspection. They hadn't even pulled the machine out. It had taken about 5 minutes.The guy talked so fast I had to ask him to repeat several times. He stated that the part required may not even work but the company would be in touch so I could decide. Paid them £105 and off they went, no further communication from the company.

United Kingdom | 14 February 2025Pile em high, engineers out to as many people as they can, charge £100/visit, fix barely nothing and you have a viable business. Used them a few times. Fix nothing. Just say cost of repair is so high. If you read this, could you provide you repair rate. What % of appliances do you fix at visit. What % end up as a call out charge only? See nonsense reply from Glotech scammers below. Just had Bosch check the appliance. Decided after very little examination that issue was very simple, fixed with kitchen roll (dried base of dishwasher) and refuted the "major issue" diagnosis of the Glotech engineer. Again, I think Glotech have a great business model of charging £100 call out fee. There's winners and losers. Here, the customer is the loser. Go the manufacturer. That's my learning point.

Received a text saying they had availability the day before the booking if I wanted to change it. Received a call on the day to say the engineer was on his way. Engineer was courteous, friendly and informative and did a great job fixing and explaining the appliance problem. Having paid, received an email with paid invoice quickly after the visit. Have used twice now and won't hesitate to use again.

Received a call to tell me the engineer was sick. I doubt I would had a call if I hadn't have chased it. Wouldn't use again, poor communication.Best bet is British Gas

Engineer very helpful annd accommodated my schedule on Tuesday as well. Will certainly use Glotech again.

He advised me of the cost of the parts and labour and when I gave the go ahead he ordered those parts. The whole process took a few minutes.
