Very impressed. Booking the call out was straightforward. Date scheduled for Monday (I rang on the Friday before). The emngineer rang ahead and arrived as scheduled. He was courteous and resolved the problem quickly. I will use Glotech again if I have a problem.

The engineer sorted out he problem quickly I asked him to let me clean the space and he said later however he put the machine back as he was rushing to his next appointment..

The reviews for Glotech are definitely not showing correctly, my negative review has not been published and that is not right! Customers should be warned of the terrible service they will receive from Glotech!

We used Glotech repairs for the third time yesterday and their service is impeccable! Easy online booking! Appointment within two days! Great communication with the engineer! Extremely appalling services. Didn't show up the first time (with no communication whatsoever). GloTech rescheduled the day before the appointment (even though assurances were given noting that this appointment will happen). Let's hope third time is the charm.

Dean introduced himself to me and explained what he was going to do. He was polite and answered all my questions he replaced the part in the dishwasher and give it a test run which worked. Dean was very good.

Oh gosh I wish that i had checked the reviews this company seems really dodgy - the engineer who came out seemed nice - he identified the issue and reassured me that it was a really easy fix I should pay £130 and that covered his return visit too - he would order the part in and I would be given a call to book the second visit - no call. When I called them they said it £430 for a dishwasher door latch! absolute BS
