With an E19 error code on this particular machine the only possible outcome is the replacement of the entire integrated pump / heater unit at a cost of £217. This together with the cost of a callout begs the question of whether it would be preferable to buy a new machine. If we had been advised of the price of the part by the booking clerk we would not have booked the callout and would have had a new machine installed by now.

Dean arrived on time and was very polite. He explained the cause of the problem with my microwave oven and the cost of the spare parts. We discussed the options going forward given the age of the appliance, which was very helpful.

Really prompt appointment for washing machine problem. Very professional pre-appointment call from central office, and pre-visit call from engineer Dean who attended exactly as scheduled. All sorted easily and promptly, although the problem was very minor to rectify and no parts needed. Happy to be using washing machine again without any delay. Would use again for any other problems with household items.

The engineer was polite and careful with our appliance. Unfortunately it wasn't recoverable but he advised us that Glotech could quote us for replacements and possibly give some discount which they did but we didn't take it any further with them.

Dean was very polite, professional. Explained the issue and how best it could be fixed. Excellent service. And I must say that I have been with Glotec a few years now and they provide an excellent no fuss service.

I managed to break the handle on my Bosch tumble-dryer and after a while the door-latch stopped working too. And the machine wouldn’t let me select any drying programmes as a result. I called GloTech and they sent an engineer round two days later who diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary replacement parts, which were in their warehouse the next day. I was away for a few days but when I called to fix a time for them to be fitted they came the next day. Everything is now fixed and the machine is up and running again. I couldn’t fault GloTech’s service. Very responsive and good value. I would definitely recommend them.

Dean, the service engineer, quickly diagnosed the fault - which unfortunately results in an non-cost-effective repair. The only issue was that I was advised they appointment would likely be before noon. At 1430 I called and was informed it would be around 1500. It would have been nice to have received a call earlier. Good communications with the company otherwise.
