Very straight forward. Visited Lincoln store to look at beds. Chose a suitable bed for me and store organised timely delivery. Returned with daughter to choose a mattress for her. Staff very helpful. I do prefer to shop in store and was sad to see the lower floor is now not bensons. Also liked to look in clearance which is no longer at Lincoln so that’s a shame.

The in store help, And customer service, provided by Dan, at the Speke, Liverpool store, was excellent. It wasn’t too intrusive, and really helped me to test and try out and choose the correct mattress for me. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

We went to Bensons at Keighley looking for wardrobe. We saw one on line that looked great so we rang to see if they had one we could view. The young lady went through the different options we have and gave us a good deal. Can't wait to see the wardrobe in our home.

We bought a bed in March 2025 from the Gateshead Branch and when it was delivered part of the bed was broken. A replacement was ordered and we were told it would be 5 weeks until it would be delivered. This is not really acceptable as the bed that we paid for in full was not fit for purpose through no fault of our own. The broken part should have been replaced straightaway, particularly as we were told the part was in stock. Can you advise why we have had to wait 5 weeks for a broken part to be replaced? I have raised this issue and our deep disappointment with Bensons for Beds in the feedback form, but needless to say we have not received a response. We are still sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Thank you.

Was delivered without a hole in the base to put a castor . Rang the store who told me ring Customer Services . I tried ringing and their WhatsApp - on hold for extremely long time and still not got to speak to anyone . Not good at all considering doesn’t over £1800 . Not pleased at all

First class service in the Hamilton store. Assistant was extremely helpful and secured a delivery date at very short notice
