Super king mattress has developed a ridge down the centre. Specifically asked in store if this would occur and told no. Customer service barely interested, made me feel like they were doing me a favour in responding to my complaint. Needn’t have bothered as now stuck with a £1600 mattress I need crampons to navigate.

Ordered a mattress. Waited over 2 weeks for delivery. Received numerous emails and txt messages a few days before delivery to say the delivery was on track. Got a call the day before from delivery driver to confirm they would be delivering the next morning on schedule. 2 hrs later customer service rang at 4pm to inform me they don't have stock and delivery would be pushed back another week and a half. I've paid £40 for delivery this is appalling service.

I was not made aware that the headboard would not be installed. The delivery men were very nice and unwrapped and installed it for me. It would have been impossible for me to do it myself. I should have been made aware of this at time of purchase.

Service in our local shop was very good. But the central customer services team are difficult to deal with. Ordered an expensive mattress, delivery cancelled twice, and ultimately took 4 months, with no satisfactory reason given, just "supplier delays". When we sought some compensation for the inconvenience we were offered a derisory amount as a good will gesture, and when we refused to accept it in vouchers - no use to us at all - we were eventually offered even less as a refund of the delivery fee which we reluctantly accepted.
