Absolutely over the moon with my new bed big shout out to Caroline in the Kirkcaldy store who was very helpful and kind on helping me make my decision. Colour is beautiful, bed solid and sturdy. Would suggest paying for assembly as it took us over 5 hours other than that couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase

We were approached by Karen who asked if we needed any help and what we were looking for. Karen was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information about the different types of mattresses and services offered then took time to help us make our choice.

I don’t think I will ever think of a better place than Oxford Bensons For Beds branch. This is my second time experiencing and purchasing a bed from them. Christelle helped me to choose the right mattress for me and the right frame that I was looking for. It ticked all the boxes for what I want. She was very clear and wasn’t pushy. From the first moment we arrived at the Bensons Branch in Witney the staff were very helpful and Hannah explained every aspect of the type of bed that would be suitable for our requirements . Its so sad ..bensons beds employ an idiot at there staples corner branch ..my partner called the branch this morning to order a £600 matress and was greeted with an agressive employee called himself as ..nuri..he was so ruthless and a total amature .could not answer basic questions and in every opportumity he tried to get rid of a pottential customer ..and deliberately avoid sale of high order hope the management team will listen to his behavior on the phone and dismiss this Garbage immediately from theire payroll ....a very dissatisfiled potential customer ..Michele .....beware all public this bensons beds company will take your money but will not hounour there promise on comebacks they will simply hang up on you or give you a false answer to your problem .just to get rid of you ..go elsewhere ie more reliable retailor

Ordered online. Very good product and service with smooth delivery. The delivery driver (in Sheffield where I live) rang me to inform me of the exact delivery time on the day which was really impressive and was a nice touch. Was very friendly and it felt like my purchase really mattered. Will definitely use Bensons again. Thank you.
