Absolutely delighted with our new bed from Bensons. Easy to order and purchase on the website. The delivery was smooth and efficient. The driver Chris and the driver assistant Ryan called 30 mins before delivery and arrived on time. Both were polite and respectful. They removed their shoes when inside my home, without prompting, and carefully delivered my bed base, headboard and mattress to the correct room. All handled with care. Gave us clear instructions also on how to assemble our new purchase too. Really please with the service from start to finish :)

Waited 7 weeks for my elderly dementia parents new adjustamatis bed to come. Everything sorted payed £100 for the old one to be taken delivery guy told them the assembly guy will be here between 10/2 to build it.. by chance I phone them to ask .. to my absolute annoyance they don’t build this kind of bed.. just a normal bed… omg 😳 so 2 auld buddies were left with a brand new bed that wasn’t getting built by benson…. STAY AWAY FROM BENSON FOR BEDS… there customer service is shocking also… won’t ever be back and would advise anyone else considering a new bed…. STAY 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 CLEAR

Just a quick message to say a big thank you to Bensons warehouse team in Lancashire, i purchased a bed and had it delivered and assembled, unfortunately a few bits were missing which i wasn`t happy about, the parts were posted for next day delivery and then a member of the warehouse team on his way home came to my house and fitted the missing parts, so a big thank you, its easy to criticise when things go wrong, but i think when people put it right you should also say thank you well done, Sorry i cant remember his name but he will know who he is :)
