Excellent service

This is the second time l've been to Bensons for bed branch in New Malden. I have been served by the same lady, I believe she is the manager. She has immense customer service skills. Very Friendly, helpful and polite.

We visited the store on Saturday 12th April. The gentleman we saw at Grimsby store was very polite and helpful. There was no pressure sale. We got a good deal saving over 400.00 in the sale and we got two gifts too.

Seeking a small double bed, many stores do not stock. Salesman Dan very helpful talked me through what was available. Tested mattresses from soft to hard. After doing this and lying on several options ended up with a mattress type I hadn't originally intended but I'm sure is better choice. Looking forward to new beds arrival!
