So have had a bed delivered today by bulls in a china shop. The result is scuffs all over the walls in a freshly decorated bedroom and empty bedroom. Delivery no stars. Then, compared to what’s in store and what’s delivered, the headboard is full of creases, and there is a small tear in the corner. Definitely not worth anywhere near the cost. I feel like I’ve been conned.

We visited the Chester store looking for a mattress to help my mum who suffers with Severe Rhumatoid Arthritis. The store was spacious, very clean and well presented. We was assisted by a gentleman called Barry who was polite, helpful and full of knowledge. We was given the time to browse different mattress and make our decision without any pressure or hard sales tactics. Customer service was 100%, we was also given blue light discount as I work for the NHS 😃. Excellent customer service, extremely clean well presented store = very happy customers. Thanks again Barry!
