A pleasant setting and good display of beds. Four stars instead of 5 simply because there was only one single bed on display (an adjustable one) and it might have been helpful to have one or two more. Steve was a great help, with plenty of information and useful comment, without being in any way a pushy salesman!

My experience at Bensons For Beds Loughborough was very pleasant. Martin H, the salesperson I dealt with was very helpful (not at all overbearing) & knowledgeable on the mattresses. He allowed us to try the different mattresses in our own time, and encouraged us to put our feet up & lay on the bed to get a real feel for the mattresses. He didn't just match but beat the online price that my Dad had sourced which included the cost of the mattress itself, 4 free pillows & delivery. The entire process was very smooth & I left with a good understanding of what I had paid for & what to expect in the coming weeks before my mattress arrived. I would definitely go back to Bensons For Beds Loughborough.

Lloyd the "salesperson" who listened and was so friendly I could be open about my health problems which promoted me to look for a new bed. No pushing for a particular product and I was able to try the beds. Answered all my questions and I eventually bought. Salesperson seem to have an agenda when selling their products but this was a friendly talk and most informative. Well done Bensons

We were purchasing a new bed & mattress and Chloe (at the Wednesbury store) was very helpful, Relaxed & professional in helping us choose both the bed & mattress, answering all questions we had ,she was very knowledgeable in all bed related matters.She even rang me back when I wanted to change the colour and she did this with no qualms:) .

Barbara was amazing helping me get the right mattress for my muscle problems. She was very knowledgeable on all brands and wasn't pushy to make you buy an specific brand. Definitely recommend shopping there if looking for new bedroom furniture

Very helpful and professional service

An excellent service from start to finish. We visited the Worcester branch numerous times to look at the wide range of mattresses. Stuart was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient, without being overly intrusive. We eventually ordered the chosen mattress and Julia dealt with the sales process in a thoroughly professional manner. The staff are a credit to Bensons, we have dealt with them in the past and would certainly use them in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending Bensons.

We've just bought a mattress from the Swindon branch of Bensons for Beds and it's just been delivered. From start to finish, really good service. When entering the store you didn't get pounced on you had time to look around and then a lovely lady Jo came over to ask if we needed any help! She suggested a few mattresses once she'd asked us a few questions of what we thought we wanted. She was very natural, friendly not pushy! She left us again to lie on a few of her suggestions then came back when we had made our decision. The mattresses themselves seemed a better quality and more reasonable than one of the other bed shops in the same retail park ( of which there were 4 different bed shops! This was the 2nd one and we were so pleased with the quality, price and the customer service that we felt we didnt need to go elsewhere.) Transaction was efficient and friendly. Then correspondence after was regular by text and email. Delivery was when they said it would be with a 20 min phone call before. Friendly and efficient delivery guys. Thankyou Bensons can't wait for my night sleep tonight!
