The time and care spent taking the time to find the perfect mattress to suit my disabilities was outstanding.

I was looking for a small double sofa bed (not an easy find) and spotted one in the Belfast Store. The assistant Fiona, was very helpful, showing me how to set up the bed from the sofa and allowing me to try it out for comfort. She was not at all pushy and I left the store to think about it, checked out the reviews (which seemed very positive) then went back a few days later and ordered the bed. Fiona remembered me and the arrangements for delivery etc were arranged very efficiently, followed up by a confirmation email. The bed has not yet been delivered so I cannot at this stage comment on the sofa itself but so far so good as far as service is concerned.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Lynsey helped me find what type of mattress I should go for and was really patient with me going back and forward between a few different choices.
