There are a wide variety of beds and mattresses, which you can try on. The staff Linda was very kind and patient in placing the order. We purchased 2 ottoman bed frames and two mattresses from here.

The staff that attended to us was very pleasant, polite, he explained everything to us thoroughly so we were able to make informed decisions. Even when we changed our minds few days after about our choice, he was there to go through in details. Thank you Christopher for listening to our needs and helping us to make the best decision.

Great selection (the Sale gave a great incentive), but my main point of the review was a great experience with the salesperson (Shabaz). I felt able to browse the store and look for exactly what I wanted, but whenever I had a query he was always on hand to help. Great work!

I was served by Jamie in the Metro centre Bensons for beds shop. He was very helpful and didn’t try to push other more expensive products. He even helped us with the mattress to the car which was parked in the metro centre.

Lovely, patient, knowledgeable staff who, although she was on her own, spent time explaining things to us. Really good range of beds and mattresses. Altogether a very stress-free purchase.

The only good bit was the delivery and set up. Had to wait over 3 months for our purchase to arrive, 3 dates cancelled due to stock issues. Customer service appalling, closed on 2 occasions. Only got some service when we threatened to cancel the order. Poor, poor, poor. Will never use them again. Shout out to the delivery team - excellent.

As soon as the team walked in, one member was happy to help and unfortunately the other member was instantly negative towards us and the job he was tasked to do. Accused me of not measuring access which I had. Refused to take items to the bedroom. Made the whole process hostile and upsetting. One man became very argumentative and told the lads to put everything back in the van saying I’m refusing delivery which I never. I simply wanted our bed in the bedroom. He said he isn’t paying for any damage to it if the mattress bends more than 20% out of his money and I’ll be charged 20% of the cost as I’m refusing delivery. I wasn’t refusing delivery. Once they packed it up in the van again my wife got upset and said just leave it downstairs then. Our son has special needs and we needed the bed. At that point they said I’d have to sign a waiver as the mattress isn’t going in the bedroom. I said if I’m signing the waiver why can’t you then put the mattress in the bedroom. One guy said we will have to read it and check as nobody has signed this waiver before so they weren’t sure. I read it, said I accept a more then 20% bend and accept any liability for the mattress.. After that the nicer guy said to the grumpy guy, see I told you. Don’t know what all the fuss was about. That was easier than the headboard. Attitude. Experience for the customer. They’re approach to how to undertake the task. They didn’t even try and discuss, it was a point blank ‘nope that’s not happening, you haven’t measured properly. It’s all on you’ Disappointed throughout the entire delivery process. Spoken to several friends and colleagues which can’t believe the hostility shown to customers at 0700 on a school morning.

Excellent staff at bensons beds. We went to buy a mattress and Craig was so helpful in explaining the details of the many mattresses. He left us to try different ones and kept coming back to us when needed, therefore not putting pressure on us to buy immediately. We did take a while ( over two days) but his patience was brilliant. We made the right choice in the end and the whole process was seamless and we are very happy with our purchase. Craig and Hawa both brilliant and a credit to the company …. Many thanks 😊

Sales team were brilliant especially David! The delivery experience was totally offered! Completely rushed the driver kept telling us they only had 15 mins for delivery and from arriving he decided the bed wouldn’t fit. He didn’t even try then rushed me to choose returning the bed which I couldn’t do as my old bed had gone, them trying to get the bed upstairs and possibly damaging it which would be my problem or leaving it for me to sort!!! My husband and I got the bases up no bother at all. I was rushed to make a decision and the driver practically ran out of the driveway once I signed to say leave it. The other man was more helpful but my bed was still sat at the bottom of the stairs!

An excellent experience from start to finish. The salesperson, Dale, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable around all the products. He assisted me to choose a mattress and pillows suitable for my needs, taking time to allow me to try them out. I always choose Bensons as I know they provide an excellent level of service and products.
