How can this company improve maybe they can stop selling cars saying they have full service history when they obviously haven't and stop selling a warranty which isn't worth nothing if the car had no service history buyers beware

I just want to say a massive thank you to Andrew Hadfield at HPL in Oldham. Andrew was helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the whole experience. As somebody who doesn’t know a lot about cars Andrew was able to answer all of my questions and was never pushy when I showed interest. Having wanting to switch to an electric vehicle recently, I decided to go to HPL oldham, I was politely approached by the salesman David Kochansksi, who offered to help me find a suitable car, in my head I was looking at a Peugeot 208, but as David suggested, a Tesla was coming in with the right criteria, a huge upgrade for me, David went through all the pros and very few cons of owning such a car, i was offered a test drive, on return, SOLD! signed all the relevant paperwork, as I have dyslexia and rubbish at maths, David took the extra time to make sure I understood everything, even coming into work on his scheduled day off to hand over the car to me. All in all, fantastic service. Can recommend HPL and especially David more.

Bought a car of Pip at HPL Manchester road branch. I had to take the car back for a full mileage diagnostic as the service manual had one service at almost 16k and the next one at 3.5k! I also pointed out the car had had a cheap cover spray all down the passenger side, something you could not see in the showroom, he told me his manager will contact me next day, and i am still waiting.
